I excitedly booked the tram for a surprise weekend away for me and my hard working husband. We were delighted with our first impression of The Tram accommodation and the period decor and considered retro look (but modern) black mini fridge, gorgeous retro style high back bathtub and clever zoning of the ‘areas’ in the tram. The air con had been put on and on a very hot day it was a comfortable welcome. We had followed a tip and brought our meal prep with us. Note that you need to bring everything food wise - cooking oil, butter, sauces, condiments. There were coffee making supplies and salt and pepper and a very small long life milk provided. A surprise inclusion of a bottle of sparking wine was in the ‘fridge. My meal prep just needed a microwave but there was not one provided although there was a mini convection oven and two hot plates. We coped. The gorgeous retro styled bath however caused a major inconvenience due to its placement and operation. It was very high sided and not safe for either husband or I to use due to our knee and hip issues. The hand held shower rose tended to overspray the bath tub onto the floor as there was absolutely nothing to contain the spray - no shower curtain or barrier - the flooring was the general floor immediately adjacent to the sofa, study desk and tv stand. Sitting or kneeling in the bath tub appeared to be the way to ‘shower’. Obviously if we didn’t have hip and knee issues we could have just had a bath but this wasn’t a safe option for us. On days of 39 degree temperatures we were keen to have a cool shower. We went two days without showering as a result, making do with face washer wipe downs! The bedhead was a delightful vintage piece of furniture with just one bedside table. We knew that the tram only had a double bed but we underestimated how conditioned we were to Queen or King bed options. We stay at unique accommodation frequently and this is the first time in ages that only a double bed was offered. If the accommodation can’t provide a good nights sleep or a decent shower then that’s got to be considered when recommending the facility to others. If you are slim and agile then the bed and bath/shower won’t be an issue. The farm, the views, the location are all excellent as mentioned in other reviews but The Tram has shortcomings that the proprietors may consider tweaking to address for future visitors.

Stayed in the Melbourne tram. A lovely experience. Comfortable bed and nicely stocked kitchen and bathroom. The egg collecting from the chickens and the Noosa trail walk were highlights. Only wish the weather had been better - too cold to swim early or late.

We have just had an amazing stay at Rosecliffe tree tops with our two daughters, aged 3 and 4. The Tree Tops cottage was impeccably clean, with beautiful antique furniture and styling. Our kids loved the selection of DVDs and books for afternoon rest time, and the kitchen was easy to navigate and well-equipped. We all really enjoyed the 8.30am meet up with Nadia to feed the animals. Nadia is such a lovely, genuine person with the patience of a saint as she encouraged the kids to get involved. My two girls just loved all the animals but their favourites were the alpacas who were so gentle in eating from the kids' hands! There was a tree swing, fruit orchard and views for us all to enjoy! The ONLY thing that would have made it better would have been a bit more room in the pantry to put the food we brought. But I just did a bit of rearranging and put it back the way it was (I think) when we left. We've had a very relaxing and connecting break and we certainly hope to be back! Thanks Nadia!

We stayed in Rosecliffe Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed out visit. Very cozy cottage to stay in. Our daughter enjoyed the daily feeding of the farm animals. The pool is also in an amazing position with endless views. Such a relaxing place to stay. Nadia & Paul are wonderful hosts.
