We were ending a cruise in Copenhagen and wanted to spend several days in the city. Being an IHG rewards member the Towers were our option! It is good to see great reviews for a hotel when making a booking and I have to add to the positive reviews! We had booked our room so we could get in the morning our cruise arrived. We had just walked in when alarms went off, say there was an emergency and to exit the building! What a welcome. It was over quickly (we were told it was some baking product burned in the kit). They sent us to enjoy the breakfast buffet while waiting for things to settle down! That was our first of four great breakfasts! The breakfast buffet was a great mix - we loved the pancakes, eggs, and bacon. They beat the same items on the cruise! We liked the safety feature that you had to have a key to go up on the elevator. The room was large and well equipped. Great bathroom. Nice that you can quickly walk to the metro or train station. Since it is a fairly isolated location it was nice to have The Bark.

Hotel room is a bit small, but very clean. Hotel was very nice and helpful. Also open 24 hours. The breakfast was also good, if you’re in a rush and will be cheaper than anything you find in the city. Only one train stop from the main train station in Copenhagen. Takes 15 minutes from the hotel door to get to the city.

The front desk supervisor Isabella is a saint. She is very warm, friendly, and professional. She makes things easy. I stay in hotels a lot (more than two cumulative months this year), and honestly I wish that all of the staff members I've interacted with at various place were half as professional, competent, and personable as she is.

Siamo stati dal 21 al 24/9/2023 in questo nuovo e accogliente hotel ACCOR IBIS Styles a Orestad Boulevard di Copenaghen. Strategicamente perfetto, a 20minuti di metro/treno dall'aeroporto e adiacente alla metro Bella Center, 10 minuti e sei in centro città. Situato in una zona tranquilla e in notevole espansione, in hotel abbiamo trovato un'atmosfera accogliente e calda. Gli arredi sono curati e in stile, gli spazi ampi e rilassanti. Camera comoda, non spaziosa ma essenziale e dotata di tutti i comfort. Silenziosa e ideale per due persone. Doccia eccellente. Letto forse troppo morbido ma abbiamo dormito comunque molto bene. La colazione compresa è varia e abbondante, soddisfacente per ogni esigenza. Personale valido ed efficiente. Un grazie speciale al gentilissimo sig. ABEL, responsabile del servizio colazione, sempre pronto e disponibile con tutti, persona squisita e molto professionale. Bravi tutti i ragazzi dello staff! Consiglierò senz'altro questo Hotel!

Stayed for three days at the first stop of the Nordic trip in Denmark. The room was big on the first day, but the toilet had yellow water stains that couldn't be cleaned, and the heating wasn't good enough. After coordination, we changed to a smaller room. It was Easter, and the hotel sent lovely Easter chocolate eggs. In the bar on the ground floor, I tasted the Danish Carlsberg draft beer, which was very good, and the breakfast was rich. There is a subway station near the hotel, which is convenient for travel.

I don't recommend someone to stay in this hotel since rooms are very dirty and specially bathroom . I stayed here 3 times and every time was the same! Toilet and shower curtain had a lot black/brown residues from bio film. I took photos and showed to receptionist but they didn't took my complain serious and improved cleaning level. Definitely my last stay here!
