Had major issues checking in. There were two people by the same name and they charged his room to my card, which created a lot of problems..

I was able to change rooms after the first room not being cleaned. The chicken wings was nasty and the bartender seems to have an attitude that he did not want to be there.

Easy access to Dallas Fort Worth Airport. In and out of airport easily with very little traffic in this area of Dallas. Easy access to downtown and surrounding cities.

The hotel was nice and it was convenient to stuff around. They did seem a bit understaffed at times but still managed to take care of the customers. We would definitely stay there again.

Avoid the breakfast charge it doesn’t cover breakfast. This is a pretty basic place that’s fairly loud with dark hallways.

The stay was OK. They did not clean/service the room while there and had to ask for clean towels. Charged the credit card twice for incidentals and although an incorrect charge showed twice the clerk said the card was declined twice. I think she didn't know what she was doing bc the 3rd time it was fine. Of course those charges will automatically fall off, so no big deal. There is no nearby stores or shopping in walking distance for convenience. There was an airport shuttle which is nice. It's a modern type hotel for a younger crowd perhaps. It gives Ikea.
