A nice stay close to city center. Clean and spacious hotel room with heating at a convenient location. The staff were friendly. Nice breakfast was served on the fourth floor with nice view. It would be an improvement if a kettle can be provided in the room for hot water.

It is a pleasure to give this place 4 stars, simply based on value. It's not a luxury hotel, but for the price, you get a lot of comfort. The location is EXCELLENT, the staff is very helpful, my room was clean and well appointed, although it had a refridgerator that was not functional - I had a great deck and breakfast was fine.

Hotel bem localizado a uns 15 minutos de caminhada leve a partir da rodoviária de Viseu. Lugar tranquilo, café da manhã bom, limpeza muito boa, cama boa, ar refrigerado, frigobar, TV a cabo com muitos canais, elevador. Meu quarto era de fundos no primeiro andar mas tinha varanda com mesa e cadeiras. Muito bom.

Não gostei do aspecto do quarto, pouco cuidado para um Hotel de três estrelas, ar condicionado com problemas, televisão antiquada, frigorifico sem funcionar, estore da marquise avariado, enfim um Hotel a necessitar de reparações urgentes e alguma modernização. O Staf foi simpático procurando de algum modo aligeirar os problemas.

Apesar de ter uma boa localização e garagem não será de todo um hotel a repetir. Ficamos numa noite de sábado e ouvíamos tudo, não conseguimos pregar olho 1min! Staff simpático e acolhedor, mas o hotel precisa de insonorização urgente.
