Very clean, extremely friendly, food was great and a great variety. Everyone said hello and conversed daily We stayed 7 nights and will be returning next year. Entertainment most nights was good Welcome drinks left in fridge and wine on the table

We are on our last day and can honestly say this hotel is fabulous. From our first day we have both enjoyed everything about it. 5* for cleanliness everywhere. 5* for the food and if people complain they have the problem as the food is lovely and plentiful. 5* for the amazing animation team who work so hard to entertain guests throughout the day. We received a call from reception on our first day asking if everything was ok which was a nice touch and were given a nice welcome letter. No fighting for sun loungers. There is nothing we can fault at all about this hotel and it's lovely staff. A special mention for the waiter Frances who was so funny and a pleasure to be served by. Your whole team are amazing and friendly at all times. We will definitely return. Thankyou so much for a great week with great memories.

Lovely grounds, very impressed by the condition of the pool areas and it's lovely and green. Overall the fuss has been excellent, the odd warm dish but very tasty and well prepared with a good variety. We didn't bother with the a la carte, buffet was great. Staff all excellent, serve your drinks quickly. The odd tip helps. My only gripe is the basketball court in the middle of the pools meaning you have to listen to loud bouncy balls all day. But if you want quiet upgrade. Easy walk for the able bodied into town along the beach. Get to sunset lounge for 430pm for the live bands. Would return.

This was our first stay at this hotel, we booked a suite in the My Favourite Club direct with hotel.The first room we were given was lovely inside but it was in the furthest away corner from reception etc and the grounds around it weren't kept too well and it was quite dark going down small paths to get to it. So eventually next day at 4pm we got moved,paid €25 extra for cleaning, got to the room and it hadn't been cleaned at all. Went back to reception spoke to a lovely receptionist named Louisa and she sorted us out with a lovely suite with balcony overlooking the my favourite Club area and she refunded the €25 to us. Louisa was lovely,helpful and friendly as were all the staff apart from that first receptionist but there's always one! We mostly ate at the main restaurant as there was more choice,the food wasn't the best,but we didn't go hungry. The drinks were good,cava was lovely. The hotel and rooms were kept very clean and the housekeeping staff very hard working,some of the grounds need to be kept better though. The entertainment was good a couple of nights but otherwise not great. Its not too far to go into town or go across to the beach bar just across the road. The walk to beach and into town during day was lovely and we enjoyed the market too. Overall we enjoyed our week here,we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the My Favourite Club as we usually stay in adult only hotels. We would stay here again if we got a good deal.

upon arrival, great. Rooms were dirty, broken doors, skirting and dirty balcony. Food was hit and miss, meats at evening meal were chewy, the queuing culture of an evening for food is terrible. Pools all clean, entertainment staff are great.

First time away with the kids, went here for 10 days all inclusive and it blew us away! Hotel was beautiful, staff were outstanding and just never stopped!! They all work so hard to make sure you don’t have to do anything but relax.

This was our 1st family holiday to this fantastic hotel. We stayed for 7 nights. You couldn't fault anything. We stayed in room 2108 which was one of their suites. The room was tidy and very spacious. Was probably the best room for a family with a 4 year old and 1.5 year old. We were metres from the park, kids club and two children's pools which was spot on for the kids and sun loungers right outside. Also there was a pool bar very close aswell with bigger pool for older kids/ adults. The hotel grounds were so tidy didn't spot any rubbish and staff always said Hola (Hello). Great different 2. cuisines and buffet foods at breakfast, lunch and tea. They had a mini club on every night for kids and entertainment on after which filled in the rest of the nights. Couldn't complain about drinks aswell. Great location for shops 10mins/30mins and good beach's about 20mins walk. We went too Oasis Wildlife Fuerteventura and isle of Lobos which were two great days out. We will be returning in near future. Thanks again Alua Suites.

My only 2 issues were.. The buffet was repetitive and everything was bland. Not much choice and kids lived on pizza the entire stay. Chinese food night was anything but Chinese .. same with Mexican It was cloudy all our stay which obviously was not the hotels fault but there was liturally nothing else to do apart from sit by the pool. They have a great theater.. would of been nice if they played films throughout the day when obviously no one is appreciating any sun

We booked short stay in the adult-only My Favourite Club section. The room was pleasant and had everything you'd need. Having asked for a quiet room, this is what we got. There was an event in a venue near the hotel that was quite loud most nights and I'm glad I'd not had a room near there though. The food was good and plenty of choice, although it did seem a little repetitive towards the end of the week. I wasn't a fan of the pre-salted chips, not a health friendly option if you didn't want salt. Queues for food varied, sometimes not at all, other times quite long. The My Favourite Club restaurant was a nice change and there was also a quieter section in the main restaurant, which was good. By far, the biggest plus was the adult only section that had more comfortable sun loungers and quiet pool area (& own limited breakfast area). Plenty of sun beds. A few more umbrellas would be good, but we got shade most days. All inclusive drinks were fine and service was good. The towel cards weren't explained, nor were the drinks cup vouchers upon check-in. It was only a relatively short walk to the town. Over all I would recommend the resort.
