Fantastic hotel with lovely staff and excellent food. Drinks are all branded and very good quality. All the restaurants are very good and we had no issues booking them via the app that we downloaded before we got there. The entertainment in the evening and classes in the day were all very well run and of a very high standard - shout out to Ramon who was always involved in organising and greeting guests. Hotel is in a great location on the beach but also well located to visit other attractions on the island. Pool a bit cold but that’s the time of year we visited. Overall excellent holiday at an excellent hotel.

We had a spectacular time at this hotel. Service was incredible, food was sublime and entertainment was absolutely brilliant! Loved every minute of this holiday and would definitely come again! Best holiday I’ve ever been on! Would love to call out the two guys in the shack bar, Rafael and the cool guy with the glasses (sorry in writing this we didn’t have his name) for the amazing cocktails and service! Rooms were spotless so thank you to room service! As far as entertainment, both my partner and I took part in meditation, yoga, wine tasting and water palates! We would love to thank Ramon, Sandra, armando, Raquel and Laura for an incredible experience. 10/10 experience we will be back! Lauren and Laura! Xx

An amazing hotel with great facilities! The staff, food, service, pool and private beach was everything you could want! Highly recommended and no doubt will enjoy your stay! The entertainment team (Ramon, Sandra, Armando and Raquel) go above and beyond with their activities which include activities such water gym and water Pilates! They are an amazing team and make your holiday that little bit more enjoyable I will definitely be coming back!

Currently staying here for the week. The highlight has definitely been the *entertainment department*. Myself & my sister have completed numerous activities such as immersive yoga, SUP yoga (on floats in the pool), art therapy, and meditation, as well as enjoying the live music at the Alula beach bar and the Ginger Bar every night. Special shoutout to Ramón, Raquel, Brenda, Sandra, Laura & Marta for their positive energy throughout all activities, and for making this a great five star experience.

The beds are so comfortable. The pool area is great with the very friendly bar tenders at the Shack making wonderful drinks. My favourite things is the various activities that are available from Yoga, Painting, wine tasting run by the brilliant Ramón, Raquel, Marta, Laura, Brenda and Sandra

From the minute you arrive to the hotel you truly feel the 5 stars service. Everybody, and I really mean everybody who works at the hotel goes the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. If this isn’t 5 stars service I won’t know what is. Food is really good quality and the variety is very good too, and there are plenty of vegetarian options. Rooms are amazing, bed super comfortable and cleaning service is fantastic. Views are awesome too and the bars and pools as well. The most amazing thing is that you can relax with a piña colada by the pool, but you could also attend all of the amazing activities held by the entertainment department! Yoga, Pilates, meditation, spinning, full body work, are some of the activities included you can participate in. The entertainment team is amazing, full of capable professionals with a lot of knowledge and always a smile on their faces. Shout out to Ramon, Armando, Raquel, Laura, Brenda and yoga teacher Marta for your amazing classes 🤍 We will definitely be coming back to the hotel. Hopefully soon !

The entertainment team were the best team on the holiday. Very welcoming team every morning led by Ramon. We enjoyed taking part in activities daily, Especially the yoga and water fitness. Great led classes with multi language skills. Great work!

A wonderfully presented and maintained property that does a neat trick of balancing 70s chic with modern day style. Service from its people is first class - warm, welcoming and genuine which was a great surprise. Food was delicious - the 3 main evening restaurants offered plenty of choice and silver service through out. Daytime lunch was excellent at either the “Shack” or the Reserve bar - lobster roll was particularly good! Great choice of alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. We had breakfast in the Reserve section of the hotel which is only available to Reserve guests - there’s a two tier system here - upgrade if you can. The pool scene at the Reserve is modern and very chilled - plenty of beds in June. The pool is both salt water and not heated - depending on when you travel the heated aspect isn’t a bother - it’s a toss up as to which is best between salt and chlorine - so will leave that to personal preference. I would definitely recommend this place if you fancy 5 star in Lanzarote.

Amazing stay. Great experience. Friendly and accommodating staff. Spotless rooms and grounds. Best espresso at the Ginger Bar by Perez our new Lanzarote friend. Delicious food and world class cocktails. Great restaurants with a wide variety of cuisines ranging from traditional Spain, Italian and numerous other dishes.
