There was a ROTISSERIE CHICKEN in our microwave. None of the surfaces had been wiped down in some time, based on how much dust was on them, soap scum on the counter, it was gross. When I spoke with the desk clerk in the morning (we found the chicken in the morning), she was extremely apologetic, and asked me to email her the pics to forward to her manager. 3 days later, I still have not heard from a manager.
Additionally, the pool and hot tub are closed in the winter (we’d hoped for the hot tub), there is no elevator (I use a cane and we were on the second floor), there was a random stack of folded towels in the parking lot just laying on the ground, the pillows were uncomfortable, the sheets were stained (but had been washed, at least)…
The best things I can say are that the two people who checked us in and out were wonderful and it was quieter than I’d anticipated, given the exterior corridors. We did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.
