What was so unique about this property. Was that I was only allowed one room key because of a so-called shortage of them. The first morning I went for the breakfast, I was the only one asked to verify what room I occupied. Maybe because I was the only one of color in that would be dinning.

Superior staff with constant attention to all our needs. Like a family. Complimentary breakfast outstanding. Close to numerous dive shops and piers. Walk to all the shops/no taxis needed.

We booked last minute due to a canceled flight. The hotels was in a good location, clean, had excellent air conditioning and a very friendly and helpful staff.

We chose this hotel, because of its proximity to the ferry terminal and view of the ocean. It is an older property, but is being kept up well. The rooms are large. Daily they have fresh drinking water in the lobby and coffee in the morning.
Our only problem was that due to my allergies we had to turn off the air conditioning and keep the balcony door open to have fresh air at night. There seemed to be a musty smell in our room coming from the air-conditioner, we did tell them about the smell, but are not sure that we were actually understood, as the clerks English was not great.
The lobby and breakfast areas are very nice. The food was great, always fresh and tasty and service delivered with genuine smiles.

Great Oceanfront location. Very clean and well located in the Central Area. Walking distance to everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area

We always stay at this waterfront hotel. Easy walk to ferry. Many shopping and dining options. Beautiful relaxing lobby and pool area. Excellent full breakfast included. The staff is the best part, friendly and accommodating, always with a smile and make you feel welcome.

Stayed here many times. Nice staff, especially Gustavo in the front. Not much has changed here ,wifi is still bad especially in the rooms.
Pricing has gone up but the quality has not.
