We were in town for a softball tournament. This hotel was less than 5 minutes from the field and perfect for us. We had 3 adults and a 15 yr old and the room with 2 queen beds and the pull out couch made it very comfortable. Anytime we come to culman we will definitely be staying here. Wish we had been there long enough to try the restaurant because is smelled wonderful. Breakfast was great in the morning and the people working the breakfast area were respectful and pleasant despite some rude patrons and kids making giant messes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was wonderful but I didn’t find it convenient for Interstate travelers. The breakfast bar wouldnt Be considered that in my opinion you had waffle or packaged roll very minimal two fruit choice. Milk you pour from a pitcher. Next door was an abandoned house which may be in the process of being demolished but the hote itself was beautiful and the gal at the front when I checked in was great

#1). When I checked into the hotel, and received my key to my room I went upstairs open the door and there were other peoples belongings in the room! Huge security issue for me. Very disappointed the hotel is new and there were only six cars in the parking lot. How could this happen?
#2). I stayed four nights the whole time I was there I could never access, Netflix, Amazon prime, etc. the Internet did not work. They switched out my TV and it still didn’t work. It was an error with the hotel. No one had any answers staff had poor response. So it was not a restful stay that I was not able to relax and Watch any of my movies during the evening. I stayed at this hotel back in January and booked two rooms both suites, one with the kitchenette and the same issue occurred. They switched out my TV then and I was fine but this time I had a terrible experience.

Hotel has a picture of an indoor pool, but does not have one. They refused to refund my reservation and I tried to cancel an hour after I booked and realized they were using deceptive advertising. Zero refund policy with *******, guess I'll never stay at one of their hotels again!

The hotel is brand new so everything was very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the breakfast area. It’s a small room with a door so very shut off, few tables, and was hard to get around as many people were trying to eat. A lot of traffic noise on the east side of the building.

It was great. Our only complaint was that breakfast wasn’t ready and served until well past 7:00 am. For people who are passing through and want to get up and get going - a 6:00 breakfast would be much better. The breakfast was a little lite, understaffed so they couldn’t keep up with the amount of people in the huge line and the space was super tight and limited. Our room was clean and great.

Newer facility...staff was very accommodating and understanding for the stay. WE had an excellent stay and would stop here again for the night on any occasion!! Terrific place to stay...breakfast was awesome and had plenty of choices to satisfy the crew we had with us!!! Rooms are spacious and we liked every aspect of this stay. Close to shopping and easily attained!!!! Would recommend to stay here again!!!!

The heat was 75 degrees and we could adjust it, plus on website it says indoor pool, but it was outdoor and not very warm!

This is a hidden gem in cullman! I’ve really enjoyed our stay there. We stayed two nights. Everyone of staff were super friendly and helpful and so kind. I will return in hopes that it continues to be as great as it was this time. They were even super sweet to our four daughters. Just very patient. The 3-11 lady was my favorite but they were all amazing.
