This is a low-end BW. It's really a motel, not an inn. Condition and comfort are subpar. But breakfast is very good for the same level of motel.

One of the better places I've stayed at. Great start to a first time experience in SD. Staff was VERY friendly. Breakfast was awesome.

Nice place to stay in Custer. Easy to explore Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Custer State Park from there. Walkable to several restaurants.

Breakfast is a shortcoming. Powdered scrambled eggs, no whole grain breads, almost everything has added sugar.

Buffalo Ridge was a nice place to stay because of its easy location to many sites around the area. The breakfast served was good and the facility was clean. I would recommend Buffalo Ridge to others.

Check in was quick and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good. The only negative thing I would say is the carpet needs cleaning

This was hands down the best Best Western my family has ever stayed at. The rooms were clean. The hotel was quiet. The staff was exceptional.

This was a good value stay at Custer. It is not a five star hotel, but it is not charging a five star price. Easy check in, clean room, good breakfast. That is what we wanted and that is what we got.
