Canvas Hotel staff Ms Anh is so nice she help us how to call grab since we just arrived And when I had my breakfast she is so smart to give me Chopsticks which I forgot to eat noodle I will recommend my friends to live this hotel Hotel is convenience to beach and some city view like night market When night walk along the beach , some windy is so comfortable and not hot ,it is good time to travel Da Nang But they didn’t help to fill up tissues and shampoo after clean up when I back from tour I need asked them to give me these 😩

Really helpful n friendly staffs. Love my room facing ocean. With balcony can smoke. Breakfast is nice.

Booked the Grand Beach Front Room for 3 nights. The scenery was amazing, got to see the sunrise. The room was big for me. Got many channels at the TV. Soft pillow & bed. Nice toilet. They gave us cake in the room when we checked in. They also provide slippers for outside use, but not the inside room disposable slippers. Only the downside was the bed was a bit noisy, got some stains at the carpet & the curtain. They also forgot to topup the complimentary water bottles during my second night. Breakfast spread just nice & I like the coffee

Hotel is clean & staffs are friendly & helpful. Easy to walk around & near to the beach.

the beautiful sea view, the skyline,the wave washing sound make me feel no regret for booking this room, it’s so spacious with a very soothing decoration,there is a beautiful couch with a modern coffee table,I can drink tea while appreciating the sea waving,I also love the balcony very much,I can walk out any time to enjoy the sunlight and the air,and it has very decent size , my bed is very comfortable, the water pressure is very strong despite I stay in very high floor,the service is awesome, The staff lily provides a great help to us,I won’t forget her sweet smile and soft voice,most of all her help ,too many thing to mention, I will definitely come a gain P

Very poor hotel except location! In the web claiming to be a sea view room but the window directly face to the adjacent hotel just few meters. When you extend your out of the window, then can see a metre wide sea view. Poor facilities in room with no USB plug. The toilet is terrible since after you shower and the water will flow to the toilet floor. Don’t believe the service descriptions of the hotel!

Staffs are friendly and helpful, hotel cleanliness is superb as well. It's just across the beach so you get to access beach strolls anytime !

Hotel service was exceptional. The bellman was very friendly and kind. Always checking on us and making sure we were well accomodated. He hands us umbrellas to use before asking and giving us clear directions to places we wanna go. The view in our room was exceptional and beautiful. The beautiful beach and cold breeze was a nice way to start the day. ❤️

Extremely terrible service, terrible Internet also

On the last day of my stay at Canvas, I went to the spa and left my two valuable crystal bracelets after the massage. I only found out about it after I boarded the plane. Kien, the hotel manager, had assisted in the hunt and had eventually discovered my valuable crystal bracelets. Words cannot express how I feel. I'd want to express my gratitude to Kien and his colleagues for their assistance.

The location, service and food are all good. We arrived in the morning. They kept our luggages and told us that our room would be ready around 1:30pm. The room is spacious with balcony and bathtub. We stayed 3 nights. They changed some food items every day. That's a good thing. We enjoyed the room service seafood pasta and beef pho, the huge portion that three of us could share for dinner on the rainy night. We would love to stay again there.
