Hotel Mayank

The service and the food was great in the hotel mayank. And the location is also the nearest to the railway station road. The room was so clean maintain and big. The restaurant services is also good.

Very poor service and toilet was not at all good i feel very bad i will not book this hotel again as i expireance not at all good

I wonder how this hotel was given a high ranking. My stay was not at all good. There were several issues with the hotel some of which have been provided below: 1. The breakfast included in the bill was improper. Buffet arrangement for breakfast was non-existent. Only a single item was provided per person in the breakfast, the second item was charged. 2. No arrangement of making tea (electric kettle, tea bags or milk) was available in the room. 3. Intercom was non-functional in room number 304 where i stayed. 4. The bathroom had leakage at 2 points.

All side are fine, service and food is good, staff support is fine, position is good, room service is fine, overall hotel is good for stay
