It was a very welcoming and pleasant stay here! My whole family enjoyed our stay here thanks to the hospitality of the staff who assisted us throughout our stay. They were all really prompt and polite! The package was inclusive of an afternoon tea and night dessert soup. The room is cosy, toilet is spacious and is heated:) It’s located walking distance to 双廊古镇which makes it even more convenient for us. The breakfast & coffee provided was so yummy too! Overall, we would like to thank all the staff for their thoughtful service and will return on our next visit ^~^

First, let me talk about the service. They picked us up from downtown Dali and took us to Shuanglang. We didn't have to carry our luggage ourselves. After check-in, the butler was very attentive and provided us with excellent service. Afternoon tea and breakfast were delivered to our room. The room facilities were complete, and the speakers, hairdryer, and mattress were all very good. Most importantly, the view of Erhai Lake was breathtaking as soon as we opened our eyes in the morning. Highly recommended! I will definitely stay here again next time I have the chance!

They provided pick-up and drop-off service throughout my two-night stay (I was practically disabled for two days, haha), the service was excellent.
