這麼大個連鎖酒店，窗户居然沒有紗窗，睡到半夜覺得乾燥，就把窗簾打開，開了窗户透氣，沒有紗窗，有蚊子進來了，一晚上都在嗡嗡嗡嗡，睡都睡不着，還被咬了很多包！

垃圾酒店，前台服務真的垃圾還四星級，什麼態度，像我求着他一樣辦個入住要死不活的。也沒有人接應，一點沒有酒店的樣子，還這麼貴，好好培訓一下接待客人吧，
服務：是我住的酒店服務最差的一個。我是來消費的不是來看臉色。要住的朋友繞道吧。

第一次選擇麗楓酒店，感覺很驚喜。酒店乾淨，電梯出來有一個大大的落地玻璃陽台，最滿意是浴室還有晾衣服的設備。工作人員還免費給我們升級房間，原本2人早餐也因為我們4人入住而多送2份。清潔姐姐很貼心，必須點贊。下次來大理還繼續入住。
