Luyue Erhai Holiday Hotel

The room facilities and equipment were installed with great care and of great quality! The service staff was very enthusiastic and had received professional and meticulous training! I came back late at night and asked the front desk if they could heat up the food I packed. I thought I could just heat it in the microwave, but they cooked it for me and added a bowl of rice for fear that I wouldn't have enough. I wanted to eat a bite but ended up eating all I could. I was very satisfied with the stay. I will choose this hotel again if conditions permit when I come to Dali next time.

Room: The room is quite large, and it is located by the sea. You can open the curtains to face the sea view. When you get up in the morning and open the curtains, you can see the blue sky and white clouds while sleeping on the bed. It is super comfortable. Service: The hotel service is very good, matching the 5-star standard. Everyone is very patient and gentle, and the experience is very good. Environment: The View bar is very unique. We wanted to go up and take a look before we left. Although it was not open during business hours, the hotel still sent someone to open the door and stayed until we finished taking pictures. I forgot the guy's name, and I give you a thumbs up. Breakfast: The rice noodles at the live stall are delicious! I recommend everyone to try it!

The service is very good and the stay is very comfortable. Xiao Li and Xiao Yi are great! It is very close to Erhai Lake, and there is a viewbar on the rooftop where you can drink cocktails. I will stay here again next time I go to Dali☺️

The room was booked on Ctrip one day in advance. The hotel has an airport pick-up service. The driver was on time. Later, the hotel front desk called to ask if we were picked up. The hotel car was very clean and tidy. The service was in place. After arriving at the hotel, the room was upgraded for free. The room was clean and tidy. Fruits and snacks were also provided in the afternoon. The breakfast was very rich, with both Chinese and Western food. I was very satisfied! The hotel gave a souvenir after checking out. The overall service was very good. My husband and I were very satisfied. I will choose this hotel next time.
