It is also the hotel with the worst experience among all the hotels I have stayed in. Let’s talk about the questions one by one: Service: Although it seems polite on the surface, it always does not take customers seriously and is condescending. In-house guests who reserve a table in the hotel restaurant in advance need to pay a deposit of 200 in advance. If there is any change, the deposit will not be refunded, and they will tell you very politely, "You can choose freely, we will not force you." After checking in, I found that the room type was different from what I originally booked, and it was obviously a different level. After raising the issue with the hotel front desk, the front desk manager didn't take it seriously and didn't even offer an apology. What followed was a lot of fuss, and finally I complained to Ctrip. Only after Ctrip intervened did they compensate for the price difference of my room. Facilities: Maybe not as good as many express hotels in first- and second-tier cities. You can see my pictures and videos. The faucets are broken, the switches and sockets are fake Siemens ones, and many of them are loose and cannot be plugged in. There is no place to sit in the room except the bed. The wainscoting is damaged in many places and there are many stains on the walls. This kind of facility can be sold for more than 2,000 per night. I can only blame myself for my poor choice. Hygiene: Not as good as a fast hotel. There are obvious stains on the walls and floors. The toilet also has a smell. I can't tell whether it is a musty smell or a peculiar smell. Environment: It is the only bright spot in this hotel. The lake view is indeed good, but when you look out from the room, there are obstructions on both sides and the view is limited. You can look at my pictures and evaluate it for yourself. The hotel is located in the Shuanglang Ancient Town Scenic Area. The management of this ancient town is very chaotic. It is normal to drive into the scenic area by car during the peak season and be stuck on the road for 2 or 3 hours. The roads in the scenic area are narrow, and there are a lot of four-wheeled electric vehicles and two-wheeled battery vehicles driving around randomly. And in the scenic area, there is always a risk of being hit.

The other courtyard is right by the Erhai Lake. The room facilities and equipment are relatively new and complete. The courtyard is beautiful. There are swings and stone gates, which are very suitable for taking pictures. You can feed seagulls in the courtyard. Children like it very much. The service attitude and food taste are also very good, a satisfactory stay experience.

No value for money, basic facilities, ordinary rooms

This is my first negative review. First of all, hotel accommodation is to ensure a quiet sleeping environment, but the sound insulation effect of the hotel is really poor. If you don’t sleep well, the waves at night will make you doubt your life. Second, The room price of one or two thousand per night is really not very good value for money. For the same price, choose a hotel, the service is better. The location here is not recommended, especially if you are bringing children or the elderly, don't consider it.

There are densely packed giant mosquitoes outside (like all the hotels on the seaside), there are spiders on the sofa in the room, there are hairs when you open the quilt, and there are bird droppings when you open the skylight. I dare not open the door to the balcony, as it is full of mosquitoes. I don’t know if it’s a seasonal problem, but the white spots on the glass in the last picture are giant mosquitoes. But the sea view is really okay. It costs more than 1,000 yuan a night, and 95% of the room rate is for the sea view.

The inn is right on the Erhai Sea. The invincible sea view room has a wide view and a clean and beautiful environment, which is especially suitable for couples to vacation! The inn butler will also arrange to transfer us and our suitcases to the inn, and also help to make an appointment for the master to take us to the airport. It is very convenient and saves a lot of trouble. I highly recommend this inn! !
