環境非常好，一家7人入住都很寬鬆，獨棟小別院，睡覺休息都很安靜，房東人也很好，回答也及時熱情，自駕游到周邊景點玩都非常便利！

房子不錯，就是燈光有點暗，雖然説是開發商統一裝修過來的，但是房東換個亮點的燈泡也不難，大理房子那麼卷，房東用點心思其實會更完美的！衞生都還好，另外出門住民宿，尤其是大理的天氣一天衣服都很難幹，沒有洗衣機是出乎我的預料，真心建議房東可以配一烘乾一體洗衣機，這樣方便！衹是建議哈，不喜勿噴

蒼山下，希爾頓酒店後面的一個別墅小區，中式合院建築，日式裝修，春節期間小區停車比較緊張，下車到房間需走石梯，搬行李不是很方便，4個獨立套間，房間大，用品較好，一家人入住也適合！

優勢：服務較好，響應及時；環境安靜，空氣清新。
劣勢：1，房屋內設備陳舊，例如：大門變形無法關閉（後修繕），廚房櫥櫃，盆槽等陳舊，雜亂。 2，停車極為困難，車位奇缺，別墅區沒有固定車位，一户一位都無法保證，路面空閑地，轉彎處全部停滿車輛，每次停車找車位進出至少要花10分鐘。
