Overall stay was good. Good thing is i got warm water to during whenever i asked. The bed was not that clean specially the quilt. The breakfast and food was okay if not great. It was near to railway station and commute is quiet convenient.

Staffs are very cooperative. Reasonable cost. It's pleasant journey. Room is neat and clean. Room service is good.

Receptionist was not even aware that we have made a booking. Bedsheet was totally stained and upon asking they mentioned that due to multiple events bedsheet is like this. There was no complimentary toiletries even though it was mentioned in amenities. They did not provide water and charged for 1 water bottle which was supposed to be complementary. They charged 25 rs for a 20 rs kinley bottol and mentioned it is what it is.
