設施：設施齊全，位置也很好就在景區對面
衞生：房間寬敞乾淨，熱水也充足
環境：房間在酒店大廳後面一點，車子能直接開到樓下很方便，晚上比較安靜。
服務：我們到得晚，辦理入住的姐姐也很好，很快辦理入住，安排人帶我們去房間。第二天早上退房的小姐姐也很温柔，很細心❤️
入住送2張墨石公園門票:送的門票🎫很奈斯，其實不用特意買觀光車門票（觀光車還要沿着公路走一段路，還得排隊）直接從酒店對面的景區梯子下去就到後門了，打卡也很方便。車可以直接開到門口，省得走路了。
温馨提示:藏區的氂牛是真的多，要是遇上了，別跑，挨邊走就行，實在不行躲一下。

房間比較寬敞，裝修有特色，床也比較舒服，離墨石公園非常近，很方便停車，酒店人員服務態度好。
設施：吹風機功率太低，如同玩具，一小時頭髮都吹不幹，熱水一個人洗居然頭髮都沒洗完就沒有了，電熱水器的熱水容量不行。海拔高的地方沒有好的熱水供應真的很糟心。
早餐:早餐很差，衹有小饅頭，粥很難喝，對不起這個旺季400+的價格，連普通的民宿都不如
墨石公園20元門票代金券:店家沒有主動提，都沒注意到，沒有用，很虧。

體驗感極差，離譜的那種
首先，隔音奇差，我不僅知道隔壁房住了倆大哥，還知道他們大概是四川人，討論着火鍋、花椒，隔壁的隔壁定了7點20的鬧鐘，起床失敗，鬧鐘7點50幾還在響。我真沒有這種窺探別人的愛好。
並且8點不到，酒店裡麪別的樓開始裝修，店家故意的吧，我們別睡了真的。
並且路過的裝修工人，在對面樓對我吹口哨！還説：看她在化粧。
我真的頭皮發麻，噁心又無語！（圖我拍了，是誰説的分不出來！）
其次，酒店內外到處是垃圾，各種瓶子紙箱，餐廳也是一片狼藉，沒有一塊地能放下我的碗，我還得自己收一塊出來！全部有圖有真相，不是我亂編。
最後，我非常不滿店家不給我原預訂的房間，我拍了房間圖，跟官圖完全不一樣，這是另一個户型。我問為什麼不給我原預訂，店家説我來晚了，沒有選擇的餘地（原話）。我到得再晚，我定的房間難道不該給我留着嗎？他一直重複，房價一樣的，那關我什麼事？不是我預訂的呀！民宿不就是這樣嗎？房間風格不一樣，我定這個，就是因為我喜歡，我管它價格？然後跟我説，不願意住就退款，明知道旺季我退了就沒住的了，並且他那前不着村後不着店的。
總之就是非常不滿，體驗非常差！全網差評。

可以説是很糟糕的一次住宿體驗了，房間實際與官圖差距過大還很臟，隔音也是差到了極致，隔壁和樓上有什麼動靜聽得一清二楚，兩邊説話大聲都可以隔牆聊天了，晚上7點過還停電了，除了服務枱那棟有應急供電，其他樓棟都沒有，問前台也是説不知道什麼時候來，在黑暗的房間裏看着外的悽風苦雨等來電

太撇了，還這麼貴四百多一晚上，房卡沒得用是壞的，房間內沒有礦泉水，整個房間佈滿灰塵，住的最撇的一個酒店，圖片拍那麼好都是假的
