Exceptional. The staff is just excellent. The room was just great. Unfortunately, we got a room that has no view of the old city but anyway. Very positive memory about staying in that hotel, could easily recommend it to anyone.

When I went to the front desk, it was the same as last time. I asked to see if I could get an upgrade. After the upgrade, I was given 6 packages (an extra 40 yuan per day was added when booking to upgrade). The room is large, but the facilities tend to be old. There is no draft from the roof in the bathroom. Fortunately, the weather has been cooler and dry recently, and there are no mosquitoes coming in when the window is opened.

We stayed at Yungang Jianguo Hotel for 5 days. The service of the old hotel is quite good. Let me talk about the location first. The hotel is in a very good location. It is on Yingbin Road, not far from Parkson and other business districts. Behind the hotel is the south wall of the ancient city 1 kilometer away. , there happens to be a lantern festival just above, just walking distance. Besides, the hotel's parking lot is very large, which is very suitable for those who come by car. Even if it's the Spring Festival rush hour, you don't have to worry about not being able to park your car. The hotel breakfast is also good, starting at 6:30, with rich varieties, the service staff is very good, and the dishes are removed in time. Knowing that we were going to drive, we thoughtfully prepared fruit, milk and bread for us to take on the road, which was very warm. The important thing to say is that the aunt who cleans the room is very nice. When she comes back from going out every day, the room will be cleaned, bath products will be replenished, and a fruit plate will be provided every day. The hotel also gave me bathing coupons. Datong is a warm city. I will come back and choose to stay here in the future.

The room was very lighting, big and beautiful views at night. Very clean and the staff was so so helpful. They helped us to book a taxi to go to The Hanging temple and buy tickets. Totally recommended. We will come back. The manager was so friendly.

1. Let’s talk about parking first. The hotel has dedicated staff to guide the way enthusiastically. The underground parking is free. When you leave, someone will guide you and greet you warmly. 2. The young lady at the front desk and the handsome guy will provide patient and enthusiastic service and respond to every request. 3. Regarding travel, we parked the car here and took a taxi to the surrounding scenic spots. The starting price is about 10 yuan. The people of Datong are simple, kind and enthusiastic. 4. I have to say that the details of the room moved me a little. The water in the bath is invincible, better than the bath water. I strongly recommend it. In the end, this is the first time and I will definitely be back.

Hotel was nice and overall clean but description shows that hotel have non smoking rooms but our first room smells like ashdrray. Hotel was fully booked exept suites (i eas not agreed to pay more) and they promised to overclean our room. But sadly smoke smell didn’t disappeared. Smell was still in the shower room and it was discusting. Next night we got new room and everything was fine. Location is great. Breakfast was modest but ok. You can park your car in to underground parking place and it was without extra cost.

The geographical position is quite superior, on the right side of the exit, next to the Datong Hotel, the real exit is just there. The bed is big and comfortable. After staying for another day, I specially added a breakfast that everyone praised for a try. The chef of this restaurant is a famous chef of the state banquet. I recommend the old yogurt made by the hotel. The yogurt here is solidified and needs to be stirred before eating. So smooth and delicate. I have three cups. The lamb noodles and knives are also very good. You don’t have to go to Zini and Jufengyuan to eat local famous food. Happy~ There are many other self-service stir-fries and steamed buns. I didn’t want them. I took some fruits and bread. . It is suitable for customers with a good appetite. Everyone talks about the problem of noise on the street. Maybe I have a good sleep. I can hear a little when I fall asleep around nine o'clock. After all, it is the railway station square. I think the price-performance ratio is very high. The old brand four or five stars is better and more realistic than the business chain location. Opposite is an Aegean shopping plaza. If you don’t want to eat in a hotel restaurant, it’s also very convenient to eat on the opposite side. It is a good choice for short trips.

Stayed here 3 nights with my family. The hotel is close to the high speed railway station. The guest room is well appointed and comfortable. Cleanliness can do better, there was mold in the bathroom. The bell staff service was lacking, our request to arrange for transport to the Train station on the day of our departure was denied The bell hop asked us t make our own arrangements Other than that, all good during our stay. We would like to make special mention to their Front Office manager, Mr Yang whom we had the pleasure to meet on the first day when we checked in. When he found out that we required a driver and a guide to bring around us to explore Datong, Mr Yang quickly made the arrangement at a reasonable price. He even arranged for the Chinese Restaurant to serve us lunch when he heard that we needed lunch. Lunch at the restaurant was good and we continued to patronise thoroughout our stay. We must compliment the great service rendered by all day dining and Chinese restaurant service teams. Thank you, once again to Mr Yang for going his extra mile to serve us. Your hospitality made our stay at Yungang Hotel so memorable.

Facilities: Very complete, the room is super large, the bathroom has a double door, a bathtub and a shower. Environment: Neat and hygienic, European style decoration. Cleanliness: Very clean. Service: warm and thoughtful, making you feel at home, with thoughtful handwritten notes and lemon rock candy. Breakfast: Very rich, rich variety of fruits, fresh and delicious! Very sweet! Double bathing center and swimming package: provided, time is tight, no experience! The transportation is very convenient, and you can also go to the ancient city on foot! The DaTong Hotel exceeded my expectations, especially given the great price. The service was friendly, everything was in good condition, I even had a paper and chocolate delivered in the afternoon! The buffet breakfast was outstanding. I am going to try and stay again on my way back through. I will always stay here when in town.
