We only stayed one night before a cruise but we were very pleased with the studio room, how clean the room and facilities were and how nice the front desk staff was. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and easy to access. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a nice newer and clean hotel. At check-in the staff veneer said hello or smiled. She acted like we were putting her out. The rooms are wonderful. The only negative was the coffee in the room. They're was a cheap little coffee maker with yucky hotel coffee. Most now have coffee pod makers with better coffee. The breakfast was good but the server couldn't keep up and items emptied quickly. The coffee at breakfast wasn't great either. All in all, I would stay again and bring my own coffee.

PROS: Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Bed and linens were great. Room was clean.
CONS: Condition of the hotel is meh. I’m noticed chipped paint and there was a must and dampness in our room. The fan did not turn off and blew in our face all night. The location is good if you don’t plan to get out and walk. We Ubered to a nearby “shopping district” to walk around and get a bite to eat.
I would suggest this hotel a late arrival and early departure hotel. Good note, I read they will soon be doing a renovation.

Just OK all around. The property is OK, the service OK, the location a little bit less than OK, the dining options way below OK. Not really what you would think of as a "Marriott" property. We had an issue in that we booked a three bedded two bed room suite which the property does not have. But arriving at 9:00 p.m. at night there was not much we could do about it accept take what they had. The room description that we booked through Orbitz is something the hotel front desk told use they don't even have. Not sure if that is bad on the hotel or bad on Orbitz.

The hotel was understaffed (I assume) as that is the only thing that could explain why they were consistently out of towels in the pool area, water at the water station, and toilet paper in the public restrooms. When I called to let the front desk know my toilet did not flush, they sent someone up to the room who handed me a plunger without even looking at the issue. They only sent someone up to the room at 10am the next day when check-out was at 11am.

It was a few people checking in at once but the ladies at the desk were prepared for the traffic the minute those doors opened! Check in process was smooth and quick. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
