We received notice that there was extensive remodeling and were pleasantly surprised when we got there and the rooms were quite nice (with a view of the ocean from the balcony!), the tiki bar and restaurant were both in good condition and we did have access to the beach, which we didn't expect.

From the first phone call with Miss Gwen to when we left, was an overall excellent stay I was amazed by the cleanliness from the restaurant to the pool area, the front desk, and our newly renovated room. Very friendly staff, excellent young man working the bar and nice young lady working the tiki bar. Food was delicious.

What I liked overall was the front Desk Staff Miss Gwen, who was Soo Genuinely Fast, Accurate, Accommodating and Professional with every Step of the Check in process. The Hotel was Newly furnished and the View of the Blue Ocean water was Serene.. There was poolside Music and at diff times of Day I could hear the little children in the pool enjoying the Splash. The Hotel is Family Appropriate.

Stay was good. Hotel was finishing up restorations but was clean. Staff was friendly. Place will be really nice when they finish. Only downside was water pressure in the shower but I have yet to find a hotel with good water pressure lol.

The room was clean and everything was accurate to the pictures online. The only complaint I would have, is that multiple handicap spots had people without handicap cards parked in them and the front office essentially did not seem to care at all and there was nowhere for an actual handicap person to park

This was one of our many stays here. The room are exceptionally clean. Nice views of the ocean. The prepaid breakfast is a bargain. Supe nice stay.

HVAC unit leaked water in the middle of the night leaving a small flood in my room when I woke up. Parking was a hassle due to construction around property.

The elevator was broken upon arrival and we had to bring everything up to the 5th floor. The elevator got fixed in a timely manner. Staff was very nice and helpful. They were still working on fixing other things up.
