Property needs to be updated. Management unfriendly. Just disappointed with RCI on about this property. I was told that I would have to pay for any linens and towels if they have spots on them. They were thin and dingy to begin with so not sure how they could tell who did what. We made the best of it but this property is not at all like other Bluegreen exchanges that I have done in the past.

I highly highly recommend club sea oats. Upon our arrival we had an issue with our AC. The next day I spoke to Ms. Debbie and she was sooooo sweet and very accommodating! They really took care of us! The rooms were just perfect and it was all what we needed. It was right on top of the beach and close to grocery stores if we needed anything. It was a very peaceful stay and we will definitely be booking with club sea oats from now on!! My fiancé and I found our vacation spot and place to stay!!!! Thank you Ms. Debbie for your kindness and accommodating us!!!

Room was very close to pool/hot tub/beach front inspite of having beach front room w/balcony/patio as I had expected. Those rooms were reserved for timeshare owners although they were vacant while we were there. Did not like the fact that there was no attendees on property 24/7. We had a room reserved for Friday night but could not retrieve a key from lock box 2nd try to enter room. Ended up sleeping in my van til 7:am next morning until maintenance man showed up at 7:pm. Office manager did not show at 7:am as promised...then threatened to call police if we didn't leave. I had paid reservations to stay there for 3 nights not just 2 nights. She was no help & angry that I had reported incidents to ******* for my inconvenience.

The property was exactly what I expected. It had some signs of wear, but the location was perfect and the rooms had everything we needed to have a great stay. The staff was helpful. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and relaxing. The only thing we didn't like was the construction next door that woke us up starting around 8am on week days, but there isn't much the property can do about that.

the unit is what it claims to be. A budget friendly 2 bedroom kitchenette. Its older and some rust spots but it was a good place to stay. It has a nice pool area and close to Winn Dixie

Massive rooms and very helpful staff. Heated pool and comfortable hot tub. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Daytona Beach.

At first we were disappointed because there were no Balconies on property. We even tried to cancel the last 2 days. But.... we enjoyed the property and quietness of the area. Pool was well maintained even though we didn't use because of air temp.
