Comfort Suites Denham Springs

Staff friendly, Bed not super comfortable and hotel gym very antiquated. Breakfast ok not great not bad.

The room didn't appear to have been cleaned, there was hair in and on the toilet, and in the sink and tub. The shower curtain was twisted and an actually had dirty towel on top of it from the prior stay in assuming.

Rooms smelled mildewed. There were humidifiers in the room and Galway by our rooms. Front desk personnel were extremely accommodating and friendly.

The people that work there were great. The breakfast was good. The rooms, furniture and decor are dated. The area was good.

It’s was great overall. But the floor upstairs smelled a little funky and the reception closes at 9pm. So if you’re checking in after that, it’s gonna be a problem. Besides, the receptionist keeps leaving her post every now and then, I had to wait like 10mins to check out and return my key card. Overall, it’s an amazing place and good service. Highly recommend the place for short and long stays.

Quiet bit run down. Bed not very comfortable. Pillows are like boulders. Furniture worn down floors sticky and slimy.

The ladies at the front desk were great. Both when I checked and when I checked out.

Nice location, lobby was neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. The floor in the room was sticky throughout. Only one TV and we had a room with a couch which we could not see the TV from there. Slightly larger refrigerator with a freezer compar**ent is nice for freezing water bottles for trips.

We had 2 rooms; 4 adults and 2 children. Both rooms were smelly like wet mildew. One of the rooms headboard above the bed was white. It appears it hadn’t been cleaned or wiped off in quit sometime. I went downstairs and spoke with lady at the front desk about the issues she came up and looked at it and said WOW!! !! She went back downstairs and put us in another room. Well the headboard above this bed was the same way. I went back downstairs ask her for cleaning supplies, she stated they were not allow to give cleaning supplies out. I went back-upstairs to the room took one of their towels added soap and water and clean the headboard off. Super dirty. My family and I was in town for a football game and celebrating my son birthday. Had it not been so late when we return to the hotel, I probably would have driven back home. Whoever rated this hotel a 4 star is a liar. The cleanliness inside the hotel rooms were terrible. The slick reside they put on the floors in the rooms are is not safe. I’m really surprised no one hadn’t slipped and fell yet.
