The hotel was quite neat and the staff were prompt in service. It's got just one elevator though.
Overall, it qualifies as a 3 star in my opinion.

The staff was amazing! Jackie at the front desk took good care of us. I travel a lot and have to say Jackie was the best! She made us feel at home.

It's a nice place. I love staying just there policies about changing and rescheduling stays is a big crude. And I had to put down a deposit. Which I still have not gotten back as of 7:00 p.m. after I checked out yesterday 1/4/24.

The only good thing I can say about this room, and hotel was at the bed was comfortable. Our TV didn’t work when we got there. The pull out bed was dirty we could not get any extra pillows for our children. The AC did not blow very cold, and my price went up from what I was originally supposed to pay.

The Hotel charged me twice for my stay, I kept telling the receptionist and she told me it was a pre-opt fee to book the room that it would be given back to me the next day. Sad to say this lady did not inform her manager another day passed a different receptionist was on shift she was more helpful if not for her notifying her manager I might had been waiting longer. The spa was not working, only cold water was available, how disappointing!😑 Many things were outdated especially the washer/dryer. Long story short I didnt get my money back until Monday.

We booked this property specifically for the hot tub and even called beforehand to make sure it was working. When we got there it said it was not heating. I'm very upset

The hotel was dirty and dingy! My sons socks where black. The bathtub had stains and the toilet was stained.We ended up checking out and staying somewhere elts. They also wouldn't refund all of my stay. So never again!

It's an older property, so the infrastructure, appliances, fixtures were worn and age in alignment for the price range. The staff were friendly & competent. Thank you

The hotel was fine most of the time but both nights of our stay, someone was smoking and it was strong in our room. The toilet paper was way too thin. They also charged me more than was confirmed when I booked the room. It was way too expensive for that hotel.
