The hotel’s location makes any neighborhood a walkable pursuit! The front staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The gym is downstairs by the pool and has plenty of equipment. The bed was comfy and the room had a view of downtown.

It’s not the “fanciest” but many compensating factors, free breakfast everyday saved us money. There is meter parking right in front of the property, it’s free over the weekend and weekdays it starts at 9 am and free again after 6 pm. We were gone all day essentially so this also saved us more money because average overnight parking in Denver for hotels is $40 a night. Easy check in, they provided a few bottles of free water which is nice, house keeping never missed a day making the room. Staff was pretty nice, in this area of town a couple blocks away you’ll find Ace Tavern and many other bars and restaurants.

Staff was super attentive and hotel room perfect for our needs. The only inconvenience for us was not room service food available, but it was microwave on the room and we could improvise something.

Staff at check-in was very friendly. Room was clean. The only issue is parking is not convenient at this location and valet is expensive. Other than that, it is a great place to stay.

I stayed at the hotel with my two kids and my sister and niece. We were not able to get adjoining rooms due to the size of beds requested, however, they put us right next to each other. Great breakfast and the location is perfect.

The staff was great. The breakfast was more than adequate. The worst part is the parking. The valet parking is rather expensive and there are very few street parking spaces. Not enough of an annoyance to keep me from staying there but when the hotel parking costs 1/3 of the room rate i would certainly explore other options.

Decent enough location. About a 1 mile walk from Union station.
Room was clean but nothing special. Comfortable bed.
It does have a very nice small gym with dumbbells, 4 treadmills and at least one cross trainer.
Pool.was nice.

Everything was great and staff was very helpful, however we had to move rooms multiple times cause of heater issues and no water
