1 of out 5 I want to start by saying I am a Hilton Honers member. This experience has made me question Hilton and whether a want to align myself with such a company. I pre-paid for 3 nights. Hilton had my money for a few weeks before my arrival, earning interest or furthering their business operations. I didn’t know that to Hilton pre-paid means non-refundable. Once they’ve got your money they are not giving it back. Upon checking into my room I realized that I didn’t get a king size bed and the smelled of cigarettes. The hotel was noisy as it was filled with guests that were attending a local concert. I stayed only one out of the three nights, and requested to leave early. I called several times requesting an early checkout and received the same very rude responses that I can’t. The fact that I’m a Hilton honors member, who has stayed at many locations around the nation, and to only to receive such horrible treatment is unacceptable. I spoke with the general manager of the location who informed me to file a case and he would follow through with providing a refund was a lie! I wrote an email over a month ago and NEVER heard back from him. Finally after a month and after me sending another email, I received an email from another manager who declined my request. They were only willing to offer some points which wouldn’t even cover 1 night. The fact that Hilton doesn’t value loyalty or is capable of providing semi-decent customer service is a clear indicator of a poor managed company. You’ve lost a valuable customer who will NEVER stay at your hotel again. I will also make it a point to ensure my family and friends don’t give you any business.

Courtyard Denver Cherry Creek

All the staff I met were very friendly and service oriented. It makes such a difference. The room was clean and very comfortable. I was given a room on the 10th floor with a breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains. I actually forgot a fairly expensive item in the room when I left and Janine who answered the phone and the Housekeeping Manager Inna McAllister went out of their way to find and Fedex the item to me in record speed. I have never before succeeded to retrieve an item left behind in a hotel. Best service ever! Thank you so much.

We just had an absolutely fabulous stay at the Halcyon In the beautiful cherry-creek neighborhood in Denver and can’t wait to go back. Comfortable modern rooms, spectacular rooftop pool/bar, delicious restaurants, wonderful bars, excellent service/staff; we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Upon arrival you’ll notice the beautiful modern finishes and approachable feel as you are greeted with staff that truly make you feel like you’re a guest in their home. After a long flight, there’s really nothing better than being offered champagne or a glass of wine upon your arrival. They also had espresso available at the front desk which we took advantage of throughout our stay. I have never been to a hotel that cares about their guest in such a thoughtful way. They even offer to pay for your yoga, soul cycle, or other wellness classes at local studios nearby, which is such a nice touch and amazing cost savings. The interior finishes are chic, modern, and welcoming, they have a record player in the room which was such a nice tough and was relaxing and fun to play while lounging around! Even the shampoos, lotions, body wash, and bathroom amenities were something special and smelt so amazing! The roof top pool and bar is top notch, and a rare find in Denver, they definitely have the best views, and gorgeous heated pool and spa that is enjoyable even when it’s 2 degrees outside. The rooftop also provides outdoor activities including private cabanas and a curling court which is a very fun and unique experience. Speaking of unique experiences, if you’re looking for the best cocktail, make sure to ask one of the hotel staff and an exclusive secret experience awaits.. but I can’t tell you more because it’s a secret underground spot ;). This hotel has thought of everything and more, so look no further than the Halcyon when deciding where to stay in Denver, you will be so happy you did.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Denver Tech Center North

At hotels I am demanding and this Fairfield is certainly one of the best hotels where I would stay again. Total Note 2+ . Some details : I had a suite with King Bed. The room was pleasantly large and modernly equipped compared to other hotels in the USA in terms of furniture and bathroom. Despite the proximity to I-25, no motorway noise has disturbed me (although it was hearable). Obviously it is well isolated and the parking house (between the motorway and the hotel) will certainly help. Whoever wants a room to the turned side (i.e. to the east) should ask for an unread room number. I had a straight number 318, i.e. to the west. All was always very clean. Air conditioning is hearable but OK. There were also Mankos: no safe in the room; at check-in 5 guests were before me and it took over 20 minutes (which led to service Note 2 instead of 1); the breakfast room was bright and modern and clean, but had the charm of a DB waiting room. But unfortunately, this is so in many newer hotels in the area. Although included in the price I preferred breakfast in Snooze (20m away), the shop is a class. Under the string a recommendable ”OK for the money” ($170).

Really nice hotel with great staff. As a Hyatt Globalist we were upgraded to a Premier King Room and it was just perfect- more like a mini-suite. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and although they don't have an extensive menu, it was very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent and at last we could have scrambled eggs that weren't all dried out. They also had an egg ”dish of the day” on the buffet which was excellent as well as bacon, very tasty sausage, pancakes, potatoes, and a couple of other things. They also had a small a la carte breakfast menu. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trips to Denver.
