Rissai Valley , a Ritz-Carlton Reserve

First of all, I would like to thank Melody, the housekeeper for this trip to Jiuzhaigou, for her enthusiasm and sincerity that made our rest time in Risai Valley warm and relaxing. In the past few days, we have been immersed in the hotel to experience every frame and meditated🧘♀️In the afternoon, we had flower arrangement and hand-making of round fans. We also went to the Tibetan Experience and mountain hiking. In the evening, the housekeeper helped us put in a bubble bath. There was a great aromatherapy spray before going to bed. Every day was like heaven and earth. We look forward to coming back next time.

The environment is beautiful and the location is very advantageous. The butler Sharry Xue is friendly and courteous. The drivers and uncles are very attentive. The concierge brother and the restaurant waiter sister are very nice. The children like them very much!

It is worthy of the positioning of the Hidden World series. From hardware to service, it is very good. Butler William provides help in every possible way from before booking to after leaving the store, which is very awesome! I really like Azuo from the restaurant. He has a straightforward personality and is really good at making hot pot dipping sauces, haha. And Zoe from the lobby bar, you must try her works!

Needless to say the quality of Hidden World, both the software and hardware are great. The housekeeper Helen is a little girl with a sweet smile, professional and down-to-earth. The fitness center has complete equipment and facilities, and the swimming pool scenery is more beautiful. The restaurant's wine list has an excellent selection, and several domestic wines are excellent. It is quiet and satisfying to match the valley under the warm winter sun.

A total of eight days of itinerary allowed me to fully experience the Ritz Hermitage in Risai Valley from the inside out. She planned the itinerary for us in detail every day. She took us to a Tibetan home and hiked in the valley. We are also very grateful to the chef of the hotel restaurant for every meal we enjoyed during our stay. Our special dishes allow us to eat familiar flavors while also feeling the deliciousness of unique local ingredients. The hotel has different activities every day, so you will not feel bored every day when you are on vacation in the hotel. Spa The manager enthusiastically explained the history here to us, allowing us to learn more about the local culture. The attentive turndown service every day also made us feel more comfortable. I am really satisfied with this trip. It is worthy of being a hidden world series. Words cannot describe the goodness and beauty here. Only by experiencing it in person can you truly appreciate it. I hope to experience different scenery next time.

The room is worth the price. My son likes the big bath very much and takes a bath every day. The service can be said to be meticulous. The restaurant can adjust the dishes according to our taste. Although we are not used to Western food, the hot pot is delicious and the bottom of the pot is freshly made that day. Well, Master Xu who came to pick us up from the airport was very enthusiastic. I made an impromptu decision to take a vacation to Jiuzhaigou and chose the Ritz Hermitage. The hotel is built on the mountain, with the snow-capped mountains facing each other in the distance! The room is super large, the room design and furnishings are very elegant, and the details are also well handled! The geothermal heat is awesome! The hot pot is absolutely amazing👍🏼, you must try it! Afternoon tea ☕️ faces the snowy mountains 🏔️! I have to praise the Chinese restaurant, the tableware is well thought out, the pattern is that of the village in front of the hotel (I really want to buy it😂), and the chopsticks are also exquisite! The old objects on the display shelves are all very particular! Thanks to the handsome man for explaining🌹 Every dish is delicious. The belly-baked lamb is called Yu Yang Xian, it tastes great👍🏼! Breakfast is a bit weak, mainly a set meal. The food is made with great care, but the serving time is a bit long, which affects the appetite! The hotel steward Xiao Wei is a cheerful and handsome young man. He took us around the entire hotel and introduced the hotel's collections one by one. He was patient and careful and thought about what the guests would think. We must like it! 👍🏼 warmth! Comfortable! We will come again next time✈️
