The room is so bad, I don't know how it can be rated as a 5-star hotel. Facilities: too old, renovated at least 30 years ago. Environment: too scary, the room and corridor lighting is too dim, I dare not stay there. Service: no sense of service, the service staff at the front desk sat and played with their phones when I checked in, the breakfast variety was too few and it was particularly unpalatable.
