前台女員工態度非常差。酒店也不提供水與前台溝通態度也不好，就是愛住不住。沒有暖氣靠空調取暖！衞生間居然看到噁心的東西，用過的開塞露。

這個要説些真話了，住了這麼多年酒店最差的。到了酒店告訴操作原因沒有標間，讓加錢升家庭間，一頓交涉沒讓加錢。然後説説房間吧，沒有電梯是個後加的頂樓，走廊全是晾衣服的，屋子裡浴巾確黑很臟，房間裏沒有垃圾桶，沒有礦泉水（跟前台要，前台説這個價位就沒水）一個屋子沒有電視，另外一個屋子電視不好使，去前台溝通電視不好使，幾乎是侮辱性的告訴你這房間就這樣！沒辦法又加了68元錢升級了沒有窗户的智能房間！哎我去，屬實太噁心了！對了，酒店沒有早餐

酒店沒有空調，一個暖風機哄哄的響了一夜，你問我為啥不關啊？關了冷啊，為了取暖還看見90年代的產物，電熱毯，居然還是雙檔的，腦補一下畫面，夜裡突然間醒了，床頭一對紅眼睛看着你，就問你怕不怕
