The towels and bath towels were all rotten and couldn't be used anymore, and I didn't dare to use them. It is recommended to replace the disposable one, the bathroom is too dirty and cannot be cleaned. . . . . . . . . . .

14號本來打算回廣東的，卻沒有提前買船票，導致要在海南多逗留一個星期，14號入住，本來準備住到21號（搶到21號的船票），續住了一晚後覺得被子不夠用，跟前台借被子幾次沒借到，一會説被子不夠一會説要加錢，我們續住也沒讓換床單被罩呀，不是也給省了清洗費嗎，有的酒店都有備用被子在衣櫃裏，咋你家被子這麼金貴，所以16號就退房了，不過這個價位環境還蠻可以的，三亞的酒店太貴了
設施：房間還可以，廁所下水道排水不行
衞生：還行
環境：不錯，應該新開沒多久吧，樓下是KTV，有點吵
服務：不咋地
