位置非常優越，交通便利，周邊100米左右就是大潤發，出行也很方便，門口就是停車場。大廳簡潔大氣，有輕音樂，很好聽，很舒適，還有香氛，一進來就是高端酒店的感覺。前台效率高，服務周到，專業都很不錯。房間採光好，明亮，安靜，衞生也很乾凈。出水快，水温好。強烈推薦以後回來就住這家。

出差到定遠，首選維也納，首先房間是我比較喜歡的裝修風格，乾淨整潔上檔次，房間還有全屋智能小度。服務更不用説，非常熱情，昨晚下雪車子被覆蓋一層白雪，前台服務員過來幫忙打掃積雪，，給她們點贊👍

服務態度非常熱情，進門後前台小姐姐就面帶笑容的向你問候，登記的也迅速一點不拖拉時間，主動的引領到電梯口，這服務態度簡直超級贊，讓你有一種當總統的感覺，關鍵是前台小姐姐還特別漂亮，簡直是傾國傾城，温柔優雅的向一位小公主一樣。房間衞生收拾乾淨，簡直是一塵不染，今天續房完畢後保潔非常及時的過來打掃衞生，環境極佳，下次出差的首選

從海南一路走來，這是我住的最舒適的酒店，前台服務態度很好，有服務生幫忙拎行李做嚮導。一進房間門小度歡迎我們回家打開窗簾，設施齊全先進，床鋪很乾凈。住在裏面心情舒暢如沐春風。

維也納經常住，第一次住定遠店，感覺非常好，從服務，早餐，客房衞生，細節方面做的都是非常好的。最主要前台還給送了果盤，周邊吃的也比較方便，還有娛樂，足療，酒吧啥都有，位置絕佳！

酒店也是連鎖品牌，不説衞生，起碼隔音不能太差了吧，**半夜一點隔壁吵架吵醒了，然後兩點也被吵醒，**半夜在叫，**，****，住我隔壁的202，*******了是吧，**喊了半小時，****，我帶着孩子婆婆睡覺，吵醒了我都在裝睡，婆婆也被吵醒，酒店隔音真垃圾，從頭到尾聽的一清二楚

酒店整體感覺很不錯，維也納的標準服務都到位了。就是樓道中有感覺有味道，這個味道説不上來反正就也不是特別好或者不好。另外酒店的設計，洗衣房啊，位置設定的有一些奇葩。人員服務各方面都ok，都能滿足需要支持個人的一些偏好。
