"This isn't my first stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the customer service hasn't improved. Even ordering a simple drink from the bar was met with a frown. I stay here only because it's convenient for my business needs, but it's disappointing that the staff seems so disengaged, which leaves a negative impression. The breakfast was dry and unappetizing, almost like eating rocks. Given the standards of Ibis hotels, I'm quite shocked at the poor condition and service here."

"We stayed at the St Pierre twice recently in the last month due to family occasions. You cannot fault the welcome and friendliness of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and it feels lovely and personal. The rooms are clean, not luxurious but good and very good for the price including everything you need at breakfast. We also have eaten there twice. The food is really really good and good value too. It should be more popular because the food is great but I think it is let down a little by the ambience and decor. I could well image with several big real plants in nice pots, cushions on the chairs, tea lights on the tables, a few pictures (all relatively inexpensive things but would be very impactful), also the lighting a bit more subdued, it would transform the ambience and I’m sure would attract more people than just hotel guests. We would definitely stay again."

"Breakfast is fight for what's left at grab a snack on a morning - holes in the curtains - stains in the bathroom. Super friendly staff but have to wait for them to finish chatting to eachother first appreciate that but some of us are also working aswell. Towels wasn't enough in room asked for some had to go back down and re ask to carry them myself - shower gel empty asked refill never happened stayed two nights more of a bedsit"
