I have arrived T 3:15pm and the room not ready I have waited 20 min and I asked the reception guy we should check in at 2pm This is what was mentioned in a trip.com. He told me they are third-party they can write whatever they want. This is what we got. If you’re not happy I can give you a refund and you go I will never go there again and I will tell all the people I know about this

Shiba was very helpful with room cleaning . Big rooms..helpfully staff.breakfast could have been better. Recommend others to stay

We used one of your halls for an event. Mr Mahmood and Mr Renata were at a star service 🙏🏻🙏🏻. Will definitely want them to be there in my next event, always attentive and definitely were ready for any misfortunate events happening, they always solved any issues easily and the event went smooth. The coffee and drinks at the events were also perfect, loved the ramadan drinks too. The food was great with several dishes, in addition to the ramadan vibes with the dates, thats appreciated.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights for family to attend the AFC finals. The main reason behind this choice was the cowvineniat location 10 min from the final stadium and the claimed 24 hr mall(which turned to be a hypermarket, no even pharmacy or atm machine). We arrived around 17.30 which should be convenient time for check in. But the reception had only 1 receptionist who was thriving to assist everyone, which was too hard. Later on she had Nisreen who attended us and was trying to allocate our twin preferred rooms. She was so nice altough too much pressurized by the demand of guests unlike Hamza who was so rigid in dealing with us. At last we got 2 rooms one with king and 1 ready twin and other was collected after 1 hour. Strangely, due to the structure of the hotel, the higher you go the smaller your room became 🙈i totally understand that if the view shall compensate but unfortunately due the steel design it does not at all. So i ended up with small king room and obstructed view. I was fine due to the quick stay and high demand. Morning i found out there was no hot water in the shower !!! Here it really comes on my nervous. I called requesting room change and was promised this shall take place at noon. Breakfast in the hotel is too normal. Nothing to highlight. I packed up so they can transfer my luggage to the new room and came back around 15.15!! And apparently no one had any action toward my demand. Nisreen again was so nice to assist me and get me another nicer room with a working shower! And she accompanied me to the room ensuring everything is fine and had complimentary cake and fruit to us too. She is the only person who seems to care about the guest impression about the hotel. Finally we settled in, rooms are generally specious don’t get higher floors. Acceptable cleaning level. Soundproofing is too bad! I could hear the noise in the street and corridor. We can hear other rooms through the joining door too! Bathroom is specious with generous amenities. In room dining is affordable but low quality. We tried kids sliders, pasta and mozerlla sticks were not that good. Pizza was fine. Checking out was easy.

Very good hotel . All staff are like family . I also should appreciate Mr. Robi Wayan's great work from hous keeping section . It's been very high quality stay experience at Velero . I every body friendly , professional and warm . Also you can find very high quality luxury material been used every where in this hotel.

What a charming hotel, it was tremendously stunning stay. The receptionests are very friendly, staffs are helpful and cooperatives, clean hotel , very delicious food and professional management , I really enjoyed so much at this new brand in IHG .

* I have arrived at 2pm, they didnt check my booking details the receptionist just told me to come bock after 3pm cuz they are fully booked and no room is available * Around 3:45pm they told me that my room category is not available and i have to wait for 2hrs extra and i MIGHT get the room that i have booked for (Deluxe king bed room) or i have to take the same room with twin beds * I refused since i was alone, and have chosen my bed preferences through my booking * I came back at 5:30pm and got the same answer! I have spoken with 3 different receptionist and all of them were unfriendly ! Even their manager didnt help! * They have tried to explain for me that its my fault and that *********** is similar to a travel agency! And i dont have to believe them! Until i showed them a proof that i have chosen my bed preferences and i didnt get any email or a call from the hotel that this room is not available! * The receptionist suddenly got me an upgrade with a king bed room! And their excuses was that the hotel is under re-branding! * The receptionist gave me the key without even asking for my ID or Passport!!!!! Till i have told her that she didnt take my personal information! * The last SHOCKING thing that one of the concierge staff told me that they were searching about the owner of my bags for more than an hour! i told him that have a tag luggage and informed two different staff about my luggage (receptionist and concierge service)! They should put my luggage in the storage and not to keep them asking about their owner! This is a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE for a 5stars hotel !! Even when i tried for a help from *********** they called the hotel and no one respond !

Stayed here during our visit to the World Cup in Qatar 2022. They were still in their soft opening phase. Staff here are amazing! Everyone there tool it upon themselves to ensure my friend and I had the most comfortable stay. I wish I could remember everyone’s name but a special mention for Theresa, Kim and Geetesh. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Location is well situated next to a brand new plush mall and a metro station.
