3月16號白天前台服務太差勁，跟她反應房間的椅子壞了，差點把人摔倒，先是不理，再次反應説壞了就壞了又不要你賠，問什麼時候可換個椅子説不知道什麼時候，我又不是服務員。這種前台，老闆可以把她開了，生意都快被她搞黃了。

整個房間就一個衣架，就不能多放幾個衣架嗎？晾個衣服都沒衣架晾，洗個衣服費勁都沒有洗衣機洗衣服，空調老舊，制熱效果不靈！
