It's really cost-effective. It sells for more than one hundred during the summer vacation. It is more conscientious. Although there is no breakfast, you can still live. 酒店離沙灘衹有300米左右，就在馬路邊上，門口開闊，停車位很多。酒店大廳很大，有一兩套功夫茶具桌椅在哪裡擺放着。一看過去曾經輝煌過。整棟樓12層都有客房。裝修很不錯的，衞生也打掃得乾淨。房間很大，衞生間也很大。一切設施齊全。在同一個地段價格卻不算是高的，然而卻沒有幾個人訂住。我在網上訂的80元，但所住的房子可值160元。為什麼隔壁那幾家店的條件不如它，客源卻有很多呢？我不理解。也許是價格牌子上的虛標價格嚇退了很多不會玩智能手機的一批人！還有可能是在經營理念上有待商榷。可以借鑒隔壁的悦來客棧的做法，可以進行低價位的長短租，每月1000左右，包水電可以自己做飯。畢竟現在的長者越來越多了，還有些窮講究，自己做飯放心衞生！

酒店位於東興金灘附近，離海邊很近走路過去大概十幾分鍾就能看見沙灘了，酒店門前有免費的停車位，房間寬敞明亮、乾淨衞生，能遠遠的看見海面，附近有很多當地特色的餐館吃飯很方便。

房間在11樓，辦入住剛打開房間門就很臭煙，床頭有點煙灰，枕頭和被子也挺臭煙味。廁所的馬桶蓋壞了也沒修，會脱落。想開窗通氣，發現衹能打開一點點。早上很早就被吵醒，隔音比較差。而且早上我們房間早早就有廚房炒菜的味道，持續了好久，被薰醒了。
