位置很好！還有電梯！房間也特別大！周圍環境好 非常安靜 距離海灘步行兩分鐘 距離市場步行一刻鐘！停車也特別好停！！！車位很多！！！
衞生真的給1分最多了，本來覺得床鋪很乾凈，很滿意，但是！帶馬桶的三人間 馬桶墊上全是尿液的痕跡……上面下面都是 真的太倒胃口了………
熱水居然不是24小時！！！晚上8點到9點有 早上也是衹有一個鐘頭的樣子有熱水！！！其他時間就是30℃不到水温的感覺……衹能洗臉 刷牙都覺得不夠的水温 不在提供熱水的那一個小時裏洗澡的話，根本不可能……
不提供瓶裝水……這年頭小旅館都會丟兩瓶礦泉水……紙巾非常小和薄……
晚上睡覺太冷了 第二天才發現 一張床是冬天的厚被子 另外兩張床是夏天超薄的那種被子 和毛巾差不多厚 半夜睡覺發現那麼薄誰會下樓去找服務員要啊 唉……
辦入住的男生，找他多要張房卡，説一個房間就一張，又説那給個取電卡，才不情願的給了一張……
有一説一 廁所好好打掃 熱水隨時有 被子根據季節安排妥當的話 會給很高評分的 但馬桶那麼臟就真的太下頭了 住酒店不要求多豪華 畢竟也沒出五星級的價格 但是衞生保證不了真的是太要命了

第二次入住了，這裏衞生很乾凈房間整潔，位置很好離海邊很近走路一兩分鐘就到，停車位又多很方便，最怕沒有車位了，老闆也很好講話，很客氣，下次還來。

看着裏海邊近就訂了，沒什麼對比，結果去到出乎意料，周邊環境還不錯，吃喝玩樂齊全，步行100米即到海堤，非常方便。房間不錯，乾淨無異味，晚上不吵，停車也方便。以後去金灘還會訂這家酒店

1.免費停車，不擁擠。2.裝潢新，有電梯。3.服務熱情。4.離海邊幾十米，去海邊看日出日落很方便，相對房價性價比高。

房間寬敞明亮，設備設施齊全有電梯，衞生環境好，自駕遊停車方便，距離金灘步行200米左右，附近早餐很單調就是各種米粉，午餐和晚餐可選擇步行800米左右的萬尾海灘綜合市場，市場裏各種海鮮齊全可自己買海鮮到市場旁邊的飯店加工，一般收加工費10元，如不買海鮮加工也可在飯店選擇菜品。

房間離海邊近，游泳回來沖澡很方便，床很舒適，也乾淨，衞生間燈和排氣連着的，排氣扇聲音非常非常大，衞生間是蹲便。不值這些房價，而且不是十一旅遊高峯這個條件這個房價高了。

全都滿意，因為訂的是迷你大床房，房間很小，但是我一個人帶着女兒兩個人也是足夠了，去的時候剛打掃完衞生，地板還是濕的，然後服務員進來送水跟套了被套，發現最好的就是所有的東西都是一次性的，一次性的毛巾，一次性的浴巾，這點我很滿意啊，乾淨也環保，而且賓館就在金灘旁邊，走一兩分鐘就到了，因為不是自駕，所以去東興口岸的時候也超級方便，直接退房把行李箱寄存在前台，然後公車就在路邊，直接坐公車過去就行了，以後去，還會住這裏的
