這酒店房間狹小，衞生狀況一言難盡，我下面放的有圖為證，屋裡有蚊蟲，夜裡被咬醒，牆上糊的都是蚊子打死後留的血。洗手間內一股子下水道返水的氣味，洗澡到一半發現沒有沐浴露。洗手間沒做乾濕分離，洗澡水會把毛巾，紙巾淋濕，導致上廁所沒紙用。早上醒來發現停電，準備刷牙發現停水。上個廁所都沒水沖坑了，住宿條件簡直難民風格。民宿房一樓大廳進門一股子黴味，樓梯道堆積着沒洗的毛巾床單等。門口亂七八糟躺着槳板桌凳等。
人員毫無服務意識，去民宿餐廳吃飯碗筷全靠自己拿，打飯也要自己打，主打一個餐廳的價格，自助餐的服務，就差沒讓我自己洗碗了。兩大家子服務人員，老闆，老闆娘，成年的少年，人員不少，但是打牌的打牌，打遊戲機的打遊戲機，躺椅上睡覺的睡覺，就是沒人搞衞生，提供服務。整體感覺我就跟沒花錢去他家受白眼的難民似的。

夜晚到的萬綠谷，一路彎彎曲曲山路開下來，人跡越來越少，心裏開始犯怵，最終到了湖邊小苑，看到的第一眼就鬆了口氣，很值得來！老闆人很好，我們晚到，沒吃東西，人困肚子空，老闆給免費煮了一大盤雞蛋麪，真是太美味了！
景美，人美，住的也很舒服，很適合休閑度假！

房間乾淨整潔，在萬綠湖一個比較安靜的角落，客棧裏可以玩槳板，划艇等很多水上運動。尤其適合釣魚，和同行的朋友一起釣了好多魚。

環境非常好！的確就在萬綠湖邊。喜歡大自然就在這種僻靜的地方住，特別方便釣魚。出門下門前草坪就是湖邊。不知是不是離水太近的緣故或者天氣原因，房間有點濕冷。晚上洗澡水也不是很熱。好在問題不大。老闆服務態度很好。晚上還在草坪上看到了煙花。也有過年的氛圍。

民宿是幾個很有活力的小哥哥在管理，衞生還不錯，在萬綠湖安靜的一角，小哥正在籌備滑板船，就是吃飯有點不方便，自駕可以距離幾公裡外找吃的。周邊有不少的地方可走，期待他們推出更好更多的項目。
