Not enough staff. Happy hour advertised every day but when we were there bar was closed. Breakfast not available on checkout Monday.

The location was great, but the room was very average. The pictures of the room on wotif didn't present a true indication of the room. The bed was awful whilst the room itself was very average.

Property location is good.
Room left a lot to be desired. Crickets, spiders & centipedes in the room, the room had an odd smell.
Wouldn't choose this property again unless desperate.

Everything was fine except the shower in the Spa, the floor gets wet, felt a little unsafe getting in and out. And the showerhead itself wasnt that good.

After checking in informed that additional charge of $50 on top of ******* booking. Broken fittings in room, changed rooms to find more broken fittings and room infested with earwigs after we found one in the bed. Killed 20 sprayed room with bug killer and went back to original room to sleep overnight. Would not recommend

The young lad at the front counter looked after us with a early check in as we came up from Sydney. Couple of stains on the carpet, I hope they weren't from someone's pet. Other than that, top notch!!

Based on our experience and the room we were given, avoid this hotel! The room was in such disrepair, after we checked out it was closed to all other guests until further notice. Fortunately the manager at Mantra that morning did acknowledge our concerns and extended a majority refund on our one night stay. Never going back.
