Best Hotels in Drivenik

I have read many reviews about hotel and I can see why they go from 1 to 5 stars. So I'll try to separate it as much as possible to show my take on pros and cons. Hotel - has excellent location, near beach. It has playroom for kids with animators, big restaurant and nice bar. There are 3 big mostly shaded parking slots for your car. Annex to hotel where we were stationed needs renovation. Elevator screeches while going up and down, once it smelled like it has caught fire, doors were literary scratching while opening. Rooms are obviously old. Room – we have taken Comfort room. What you pay is what you get in terms of room benefits, but again, it needs renovation. Lock was moving back and forth while trying to unlock and they are loud when opening, it has some stains on walls, bath has old mold in it, which can only be physically removed. Beds are really uncomfortable. Furniture is simply old. Restaurant – it is big, there is room for everyone. You can sit indoors or on big balcony with mini playground for kids. Our biggest “fight” was to get child seat as there are not as nearly enough of those. We have had half board. Food is not the best but it is not bad either. There are always at least 15 different choices to pick from, and for the most part it is really tasty. Fact is that I have eaten excellent veal, but scrambled eggs next morning were bad. I did not believe you can mess up scrambled eggs, but someone has managed. They refill eaten food fast and often. Advice: either be the first one at the meal ( in other words 20 minutes before opening) or come at least half hour later. Coming at the first minute of opening means you will wait a lot, as people wait in big line. Additional note: in other reviews many have complained that restaurant is unorganized. I disagree. There are two lines for same meals but people (guests) are simply ignorant as.holes. Once grandpa was asking his granddaughter which gnocchi is watching her and they were picking ones which were watching her ( that lasted couple of minutes with 50 decent people waiting to get those gnocchi). Second time 40 ( forty) year old child was arguing with his mother if he should eat salad. Last one I promise, guy in front of me had only 3 pieces of meet left to pick from. He was picking waaaay too long, and then he was slowly moving chosen one in zig-zag line to corner to pick it up. Staff – staff is pleasant and helpful, but you can see on most of them that this is their first or second season. They are simply not as agile as more seasoned workers, but they try and do everything with smile on their faces.

We have just arrived home after a Thursday-Sunday break here at this hotel. The rooms were clean, fresh and comfortable, the shower room flooded easily so you had to be quick but that is the only downside to the rooms. We stayed in Annexe block 7. This holiday would not suit the elderly or disabled as there are ALOT of steep slopes and steps. The food was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. But be warned if u eat outside, the seagulls might help themselves 🙈🤣 also there wasn't really much advice for people with food intolerance and allergies. We would stay at this hotel again and I just wanted to leave a positive review as after reading the reviews for the hotel a week before we left, I was concerned......but no need to be.

Hotel Continental is a well established hotel about 10 minutes walk from the bus station. I booked directly with the hotel and my standard room with a queen sized bed was small, although adequate for a night or two. Many foreign TV channels available. The bed was firm and excellent. The in-room safe did not work but as I stayed one night only, I was not bothered. I had access to a very big balcony from my room. The balcony is shared with two other rooms, but it seemed I had the balcony alone. The hotel’s restaurant served excellent food with lots of choices. Open air restaurant or in-door seating. Breakfast was delicious and varied and the service impeccable.

We stayed in this hotel with sea view for a night The view from the room is really spectacular. The location of the structure is wonderful because there is a two-step woods with pines and longshore with a infinity of places to make the beach. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city. Good staff, they have solved a small problem of our forgetfulness in a banner!! Really all compliments!! Breakfast varies and good. We will certainly return to one of the next trips!!

There is a bridge to the island of Krk, you don't have to pay for the ferry. 4 different types of villas located in a beautiful garden close to the sea. It's quiet here, no noise. Dog friendly, close is also beach for dogs. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a terrace, and its own parking space. Take your sunbeds to the beach if you don't want to pay for them. A small town with many restaurants is about 3 minutes walk, with a nice little harbor, beautiful sunsets. The beaches are both pebbly with gradual entry into the sea, and concrete. Shop and bakery in the campsite next. I also recommend Il Cantucio restaurant for dinner. Super invincible sea view room, downstairs is the sea of clear fish, not awkward, will go to this hotel again. Super satisfied and happy. We bought a snorkeling device and had a great time. The breakfast is plentiful, sitting outside and looking at the sea, it feels great.

I have to get the key in another place, so even if it's close to the location, it's a waste of time to go back and forth. ㅠ Usually, I'm exhausted to get to the hostel. ... The facilities are clean but there was a toilet paper that others used Staff is friendly too

My partner and I booked for a 2 day stay while on a road trip. Hotel good location for a beach holiday. Park outside hotel , tell reception then they will lower orange chain . Park there and they will then take care of the car. Booked in on Saturday 21st August, young dark haired girl, very friendly, very helpful checked us in to room 511. Later in the day we showered and got ready. We noticed there was no shower door, which made the bathroom floor absolutely soaked. Room was lovely, very clean but no shower door is a bit of a fall hazard. On leaving we approached the receptionist, a different girl from check in, who basically said that she was aware of the door being missing and a new door was coming Monday. We explained it was impossible not to soak bathroom with the way it was and maybe we could change rooms the next day if possible. She refused any room change saying hotel was full and that there was no manager in till the next day.. Basically that was that. We went out of hotel and discussed between ourselves maybe get in touch with hotel website provider we used to cancel our booking for next day. On returning to hotel a little later we approached a lady behind reception who was in fact the general manager , we ask the girl had she mentioned it to her, which she then did. The general manager apologised and offered us a lovely suite on the 6 th floor for our next day stay. We were not looking for something extra or free, just a safe bathroom. We where given the suite on the Sunday, absolutely beautiful. On leaving the girl wasn’t the friendliest, she didn’t ask how our stay was, but yes it was amazing. Thank you so much to the generosity of the general manager, and majority of the staff on all levels. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family for its location and facilities.
