Good location , clean room , the restaurant is below expectations with a very minimum selections

Staying at this new, modern luxury apartment hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were indeed large, spacious, and well-maintained, offering breathtaking views from the higher floors. It was a pleasure to have a balcony to relax and enjoy the scenery. However, there were some drawbacks. Throughout my stay, there was constant renovation or repair work in neighboring rooms, resulting in strong paint smells that were quite unpleasant. Additionally, the presence of a large construction site beside the hotel was somewhat disruptive. I also noticed some staff members who seemed overly curious or intrusive, which affected my sense of privacy. Lastly, while the breakfast offered was minimal, it didn't quite meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, while the hotel has its merits, the issues with ongoing renovations, nearby construction, and breakfast options were disappointing aspects of an otherwise luxurious stay.

Do not go in this hotel if you want to relax and have a nice time! It is located in a construction area and also there is a perpetual noise going on all the time, maybe because of the elevators of the hotel! Staff is not very helpful and does not react on time with solutions.

The services is superb! The staff, the ambiance, the room are the best part of our vacation. The staff are all nice and giving us 5 star experience. Definitely will be back again in this hotel apartment! Best of the best. Kudos to the staff for making the experience more memorable

Great stuff,, Special thanks to April and Junaid. Every thing is perfect 10/10 but the coffee is extra expensive. (Its good though) The location is good, always around taxis and ride shares. Rooms are beautiful,, The view is great. Room service is excellent It was very comfortable for business trip and i think it is great for tourism too

The hotel rooms are very clean as it’s a new hotel. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They are very helpful and always trying to do the extra mile to accommodate our requests from the time we checked in to checked out. Special thanks to April and Fayez in Reception . 👏👏👏Keep up the amazing work you do for the guest and the hotel. Making us feel welcome in a new place. Also the rooms are kept clean and tidy by the great housekeeping team. Very sweet and thoughtful that they surprised us with roses on the bed on Valentine’s Day. Amazing location and hotel, staff super friendly and helpful especially mrs April who from the time I arrived she was super welcoming and friendly always making sure my needs were met. The rooms are super clean and with an amazing view over the city.
