The service is very good. This trip is for celebrating birthday and they upgraded our room and also provided late check-out.
The hotel also allows us to use the facilities after checking out.
Staff are polite and nice. You can also see Burj Khalifa from 64/F infinity pool.

Service is very weak so I’ll give it 3.5 ! However breakfast is definitely 5 star, there are varieties foods with many fresh juices options also ice latte there is awesome too…

Great hotel , the staff is very friendly and breakfast food was good.
It's February here in Dubai and the weather is absolutely terrible. Too windy and cold. Please don't come during this month

Good location and the swimming pool at the rooftop (64 floor) has one of the best city views for swimming pool at Dubai. However, the room is smaller than I expect.

Despite the high price, this hotel falls short of the usual excellent quality associated with the Paramount brand hotels. While the interior finishings of the building are usually a standout feature, they didn't meet expectations in this case.

Excellent service only the problem is the pool too many low class  Israelis smoking screaming it’s horrible me and my family and other friends we left the pool to swim someplace else. It was so much cigarettes smells all over definitely we’re not coming again to this hotel.
Otherwise, everything was OK .
