Eddie's Sea View Rooms Old Town

Edi's has shown me a relatively enjoyable experience. Its location is very ideal, the staff are helpful and service is great, and it met my expectations for the most part. Although one complaint I have is that the bathroom door was really hard to open, getting jammed numerous times, but I would recommend overall.

The location is excellent close to Pile Gate outside Old Town Dubrovnik. The rooms are small but modernized in an old stone building. We had a sea view room that looked over the harbor by Pile Gate and was quiet. The king bed was an important feature. Eddie is fantastic and helpful. His taxi driver friend also is recommended. Courteous, competitive prices, nice car, and carries your suitcases like they are empty.

This was the perfect place to stay with the sea view rooms and great location The price of the rooms was just right for each of us to have our own room. The place has a rustic feel and the host Eddie was very helpful with suggestions for the area.

Eddi is a GEM of a human! Not only is his hotel lovely, clean, and in a great location, he made our stay so comfortable and easy. He started by giving us a map of the city and showing us where the best restaurants are and at what times we should start our tours (i.e city walls and fortress). I could tell how much care Eddi puts into giving his guests a wonderful stay and it is so so appreciated to feel at ease when traveling. I will be recommending this accommodation to anyone going to Dubrovnik. Hands down, best place I’ve stayed in Europe. Thank you Eddi!!

This was such an amazing/beautiful place to stay. Our view was absolutely stunning and we felt very fortunate to be able to experience it and stay in such a perfect spot. We were only a couple minute walk to old town and the beach areas. Edi was very helpful and gave us great tips for eating and exploring the area. This made our experience very comfortable prepared for the area. We have to say the crepe recommendation (dolce vita) and dinner recommendation (kamenice) were our favourite meals of our trip thus far. Thank you so much Edi, we will definitely be coming back here if we are fortunate enough to come back to Croatia -from two grateful Canadians

Edi's the man. I got to the hotel a bit early due to bad info on a booking site but he accommodated me, welcoming me in like an old friend arriving to his home. Also offered up recommendations based on my time in town, which was great because I was only in Dubrovnik as a last-minute side trip and hadn't made a plan. That level of hospitality is hard to come by, and as if it isn't reason enough to stay here, the hotel itself is in the perfect spot next to the gate and a nice swimming beach.

Clean and comfortable - and minutes away from the Old Town by foot! Super accessible and host was very helpful!

This property is very close to the old town of Dubrovnik. The room and the bathroom are tiny. The view from the window is fantastic.
