Fantastic Hotel and can not complain about anything room was good and the food excellent. I will Definitely stay here again Highly recommended. Staff are very friendly from the Booking to all that I came across .kirsten was very helpful with my booking and made sure everything was perfect when I arrived there .

We stopped during a bicycle trip to Amsterdam sort of last minute and the host was extremely helpful with a problem we had with our bikes. The hotel is beautiful, the room was very large, high seiling, large comfy bed. If we ever go back to Duisburg we will book there. The bathrooms are modern and clean which is important to us. Everything is in reach, supermarkets etc.

Wir sind froh, dass wir diesel's Kleinod entdeckt haben. Toller Service, schönes Zimmer und der Preis stimmte. Late check in kein Problem lieben Dank dafür. Tolle Radwege in der Umgebung Im Dezember kommen wir wieder.

Immer wieder komme ich für einige Tage in dieses Hotel und bin mit dem Service sehr zufrieden, vor allem weil ich ankommen kann wann ich möchte und ich mich hier zu Hause fühlen kann. Zimmer groß und sauber und das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Komme wieder. Danke

Man muss dieses Hotel einmal gesehen haben wenn man schon in Duisburg ist. Es ist das Bügeleisenhaus wegen der Gebäudeform und die Fassade allein ist wunderschön. Die Flure, unser Zimmer alles tiptop sauber und gepflegt, sehr schöne Inneneinrichtung, riesige Leuchter im Treppenhaus, eine tolle alte Treppe ins Obergeschoss. Wir haben selten so ein interessantes Haus gesehen. Alles klappte super, Corona Regeln wurden eingehalten, wir konnten nur einzeln an die Rezeption, im Haus trugen alle Maske. Unser Zimmer war superschön, alles sauber und gepflegt. Besser als die sehr sehr hilfsbereite Chefin kann man es nicht organisieren. Immer ansprechbar und wir hatten einige nette Gespräche über die Geschichte dieses tollen Hotels. Hier spürt man, dass der Gast König ist.

Das Hotel erinnert an eine runtergekommene Jugendherberge aus den 80iger Jahren. Drei Sterne sind nie und nimmer vertretbar. Personal äußerst unfreundlich. Bereits schriftlich bestätigte Zimmer wurde einen Tag vor Anreise umgebucht - aus 3 DZ wurden 2 DZ +1 EZ. Hotelrechnung sollte vor Anreise in bar bezahlt werden. rechnung gab´s keine, da angeblich der Drucker nicht ginge. Die 3-G-Regel wurde bei 5 von 6 Reisenden nicht eingefordert. Also überhaupt nicht Corona-konform. Teppichböden und Wände voller Flecken, Bettlaken mit Haaren und Löchern versehen. Vorhänge hingen halb auf der Stange. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis steht in keinerlei Relation.
