Check in was easy even though there were various times listed that the office was open. The room and view was beautiful. I will definitely stay again.

We decided late in the day to turn our one-day stay into a 2-day one, and we’re glad we did. Our second floor kitchenette room faced the gulf, and despite the fact the Marker 8 bar was immediately below, we were undisturbed…it’s a lively place to eat (play-off on the night we ate there). 2 pools (the heated one and the hot-tub for guests) made this a memorable stay. Dunedin a great base too. Very friendly and helpful staff…we had an out-of-hours plumbing issue, and the maintenance guy came along within 10 minutes to sort it. Would definitely stay here again if we get back to the Florida west coast.

Nice gulf view from our second floor room (with balcony). Marker 8 Tiki Bar was great! Their food was also very good!

First time staying at this property and it won't be our last. The weather did not cooperate but the pools looked amazing. View from our studio was fantastic. Room was clean and nicely furnished.

We enjoyed our stay at Beso Del Sol and really liked its proximity to downtown Dunedin. The room was just the right size for two of us and provided everything we needed. We really enjoyed Marker 18 for drinks and watching the sunset. A fun place!
Our only issues were with the incredibly strong smell (we think some sort of cleaner) that hits you in the face the moment you open the door and doesn’t go away despite multiple fans going - and the refrigerator, which made loud noises off and on throughout the night.
