Comfort Inn Dunn Near I-95 Reviews

When we walked in, it smelled heavily of rubbing alcohlol the clerk just looked at us, no hello or anything, i finally said "hello here to check in" and kinda snarky she said and your last name. I did not realize i could not pay cash. I only put the credit card in to hold the reservation, i do not recall seeing i could not pay cash. We asked about placed to eat dinner, we had just driven 10 hours from florida and needed to eat and relax. She did give us a great suggestion and was very friendly after that and said she had a bad headache. We go upstairs and it smells weird, not sure how to decscribe, musty kinda, but oh well we are here, the tub has peeling paint, hair in tub, pulled down the sheet/bankets there was a few pieces of long dark hair, i have short blonde hair....bed was decent to sleep in. The a/c sure didn't seem very cold set at 67. Breakfast was good though. No ice maker near by, had to go down to 2nd floor. After breakfast we went up and used the bathroom and rolled out for another 6 hour ride home. We had stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and that was awesome and that is where we will continue to stay book. The peeling tub did it for me.
