The experience was pleasant , comfortable and economic and breakfast that includes is in a restaurant that is at the same time, and is of luxury everything , a breakfast like that in a good place like that for three people does not lower 400 weights and the room we are I'm out in 1060 weights really thousand times I'm home there actually we always do it when we go in family

The rooms are very clean, modern, and also have daily cleaning... The staff are very helpful and informative. I really like the fact the rooms have a refrigerator, iron board, iron, coffee pots, and a safe to keep valuables locked up. I really enjoyed having a gym in the facility and the whole hotel had vey nice A/C. Durango gets hot! I love their breakfast! Fresh cut fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, cereal, yogurt, fresh coffee, beans, chilaquiles, and they serve different items daily... Make sure to have a fresh drink at the bar!!!

We spent two nights at this hotel and would come back. It is not centrally located and you need a car to get downtown or get a taxi cab or take the bus, but it is easy to reach from the main freeways. The room, two queen beds, was very nice, clean and comfortable, everything worked fine. Bathroom was very good too. Breakfast is included but could have been better, our guess is that with the pandemic they cancelled the buffet and are now serving you your choice of things - it is probably also a good way to have less food go to waste.

No complaint is suggestion, I touch to stay for work at Hotel ONE Durango, the room was good and the staff very good, but in the morning, when cleaning the rooms, I felt a chlorine smell, Unfortunately, it gives me allergy and irritates me very much the eyes and throat,,, and the truth only in the floor I remained there was that smell, in the lobby and breakfast there was a pleasant flavor. They should use products without chlorine, given people who cause us allergy.

The hotel seems perfect, it is in a very quiet area and the facilities are of the first level, the hostel is roofed and with warm water in addition to being huge, every time I go to Durango I doubt I stay in your facilities, I would like to congratulate the receptionist Marilu on her excellent attention and kindness.

The staff was very friendly at all times, excellent place to rest while you work, because there is an exclusive executive area where there is silence and you can concentrate to work, the internet with excellent broadband. The services work properly.
