Overall my stay was alright, room’s clean and staff was quite friendly, however, the toilet smells like cigarettes although the room clearly says no smoking, I’m not sure about whether it’s coming from the ventilation fan or something else, but throughout my stay there’s always the smell of the cigarette in the toilet.

The sincerity, friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff, from service to cleanliness, from reception to kitchen, are admirable. When I came to my room, I always found my bathroom and room clean. When I returned to my room, which I left in a hurry, even my pajamas were folded. The bathroom, sink and kitchen are really clean. Breakfast was buffet style and was very nice. The hotel offers free tea and coffee 24 hours a day. Friends at the reception are there to help you whenever you want, 24 hours a day. Many thanks to Salah, Riad, Bilk, Leah, Kaori, Karen and Ute.Next time I come, I will stay in Bellevue again. see you soon

Decent hotel considering quite a few location sold out in January for the Dusseldorf hbf area. The building is old and the hotel is not spectacular but this should not be the reason for you not to stay here especially if costs are your priority-like me but German hotel prices have shot up recently. The station is 10 minutes walk. Everything in room worked, including the roomsafe which uses the old style 1 euro coin. The shower was small but it did work, the room was clean. German hotels do tend to have very thin beds width and length wise when booking singles, this was true of my room. I did not have breakfast but there was a dining room there and a drinks machine- though I had my snacks from the rail station supermarket as Dusseldorf was a nightstop rather than me visiting the city. I be here again soon.

Very good hotel, you can park your car for 10 euros a day and you can move around very easily with public transport.

It was the intention of the hotel (because I had booked very cheaply and in good time) that they simply had not asked for the two-step authentication, which you have to do. And now they're offering my room for 6 times the price just because it's a trade fair. What they also offered me for the price because my credit card would suddenly go ??? Stay away from such fraudulent hotels, you never know whether you will get the booking or not and then you will be left without a room.
