"Awful awful place. We booked for a stay in Dec 2020. We were due to stay here for two nights and then to Austria for seven. Just as we were about to fly out Austria was shut due to covid, then Germany. As Germany was only going to close the second day of our stay, the hotel said we should fly over and stay the day and then return home the following when we would be kicked out of the country due to covid and so refused to refund our stay. We had young children and so we lost two nights of accommodation with no refund. When we called and emailed they were incredibly rude, not remotely understanding and had a zero refund policy during covid. WOULD NEVER STAY here."
