I booked an apartment for five people (this apartment can fit up to 12 people) for 2 nights. I then received an email that the number of guests is one. That was weird because the minimum number of guests for the apartment is five as you can see in the attached photo. Upon arrival after hours at around 6 PM, there was no one at the check-in desk. Our key was placed at the check-in desk and our last name was written next to the room number. That room had two twin beds stuck to each other. It was tiny and very different than the apartment that I booked online using ***********. I tried calling the number that they had and when I did I heard a vibration of a cell phone at the check-in desk. I tried contacting *********** and they recommended I speak to the property directly and when I stated that I couldn't get a hold of them they asked me to email *********** and that they would get a response to me in 24 hours. Eventually they did respond saying that the property has been contacted but they did not hear anything back from them, so basically *********** was useless. In the meantime, I had to go next-door to ask for help. The lady next-door called one of the housekeeping ladies who then came down and tried helping us. She then called the man who came and gave us the apartment. That man did not even smile or apologize to us. The apartment was decent, and spacious, however the beds were too soft. It had a nice terrace. There were two bathrooms in the apartments one was a good size and the other was tiny. There is no air conditioner, as many other hotels in Europe. There is no elevator the stairs leading up to the apartments are pretty steep. The breakfast was decent. Parking is offsite and there's about a five minute walk. The town is small but pretty. Overall the stay was pleasant, however the check in experience and the incorrect room and no one at the check-in desk was very unpleasant. At check out, there was another lady who seems to be more involved and had a smile on her face and apologized for the experience we had.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. The food is at the highest level of the excellent hotel the housemaster writes kitchen books. You can eat fish from the lake. The map is available in English. Most expensive breakfast with good house cakes. A little dream place with beautiful views of the small town of Gmunden but quietly. One of our best memories of Austria. It has 3 stars but worth four. From the very first contact of booking, the staff at the Symposion Hotel Post go out of their way to be helpful. They assisted with different aspects of my booking and were great with communication. When I arrived early at Traunkirchen, they sent a car to pick me up from the station. At the hotel, check-in was super smooth and easy, and they helped me with my bags to the room. The room itself was lovely and comfortable, as well as being a good distance from the stairs, which helps to cut down on noise. The next morning, breakfast was a very good spread of fresh food, and staff were happy to help me with things as I asked about them (jet-lag addled my brains). They were also very helpful for tips about getting around, drove me back to the station at the end of my day, and wished me genuine good wishes for the rest of my trip. Definitely highly recommended!

Clean and new. We had a one-bedroom apartment. Very spacious. Kitchen was well-equipped. Heated bathroom. Underground garage. A very comfortable stay. Point to note is that this accommodation has no human being for check in, check out and if you need any help, there is no one. Check in is done through a phone app. You will need (roaming) data, otherwise you cannot open the door. And if you need to call their hotline for help, you will be using international calling (depending on where you come from). As long as you are comfortable with this kind of arrangement, this accommodation is 10/10. I will stay again. As with all apartments, there is no service and you will be expected to sort your rubbish and dispose them at the bin center. Bad Goisern itself has nothing. We used this accommodation as a base for the surrounding area. The apartment is within walking distance to an Italian restaurant and a supermarket.

The hotel sister is very good, very willing to help, and the explanation is very detailed! However, it is a distance from Central Station and it is a ramp. It is recommended to drive by car.

It’s still cold in mid-April, so the foggy fairy in the early morning is really very quiet. People who like quiet will definitely feel more suitable than Hallstatt. The room with a balcony (3rd floor) is indeed much better than the view without a balcony, even if it is a lake view room (2nd floor) The color of the room furniture is good. It is very warm to cook a hot noodles with a kitchenette. The breakfast quality is also very good.
